Product Overview 

The ABB 07KT97F1 Advant Controller 31 is an intelligent decentralised automation system that plays a key role in decentralised automation architectures. The controller can be used as a bus master in a decentralised automation system to efficiently coordinate and manage the operation of the entire system; it can also be used as a slave device (remote processor) to flexibly access a larger automation system; at the same time, it can be used as a stand-alone basic unit to satisfy the automation control needs of relatively small or specific scenarios.


Specifications 

Programme and data storage: with a maximum of 480 kB of user programme space and 256 kB of user data storage space, it can meet the needs of more complex automation control programme writing and large amount of data storage.

Input and output interfaces 

Digital inputs: Equipped with 24 digital inputs with LED display, which can visualise the input status.

Digital outputs: 16 digital transistor outputs, also with LED display, easy to observe the output status.

Mixed digital inputs/outputs: 8 digital inputs/outputs, also with LED displays, for increased flexibility in the use of the interface.

Analogue inputs: 8 individually configurable analogue inputs support a wide range of common signal types such as 0...10 V, 0.... .10 V, 0... .5 V, ±10 V, ±5 V, 0...20 mA, 4... .20 mA, 4... .20 mA, and the differential analogue inputs can also be individually configured as digital inputs, greatly expanding the range of input signals.

Precautions 

Power supply: The basic unit is powered by a 24 VDC power supply.
