5. Voltage regulation control logic
User set reference voltage (U_2 );
Control voltage (U_p=U_2 ± U_z ± U_ {ci} - U_ {rsv} );
(U_z ): Line voltage drop compensation (U_ {ci} ): Circulation compensation (U_ {rsv} ): RSV load reduction and voltage reduction;
Bandwidth ( Delta U_2 ): When the measured voltage (U_m ) falls within the bandwidth, the regulator does not operate;
When U_m exceeds the bandwidth, start the first delay T1; continue to exceed the limit until T1 time, output up/down pulses;
If the voltage still exceeds the limit after one adjustment, start the second delay T2 (usually shorter than T1);
T1/T2 supports timed and inverse time characteristics: the larger the voltage deviation, the shorter the delay;
The lag coefficient is set to 90% of the bandwidth at the factory, and the delay timer is reset when entering the lag zone.
6. Locking protection function
Undervoltage lockout U<: Automatic voltage regulation is locked when the voltage is too low, and manual voltage regulation is still allowed;
Overcurrent lockout I>: Overcurrent lockout voltage regulation to prevent the tap changer from switching at high currents; Manual operation is prohibited during overcurrent;
External lockout BLOCK: The external contacts are fully locked for voltage regulation; Software can switch to remote/local input switching;
Overvoltage detection U>: If the voltage exceeds the standard, output a quick downshift command and prioritize reducing the voltage.
7. Three parallel operation modes of transformers
Mode characteristics, quantity limitations, wiring requirements
Measure with one main regulator in master slave mode, followed by the others; Suitable for hard wiring between transformers with consistent parameters and unlimited regulators, with the main output connected to the slave input
Negative reactance mode does not require inter device wiring; Relying on setting the load phase angle; Can be used in remote substations without any upper limit or connection between devices; Relying on current phase compensation
The minimum circulating current mode exchanges current phase data of each transformer through the SPA-ZC100 fiber optic bus, calculates circulating current, and adapts to up to 3 transformers of different capacities. It is necessary to configure the SPA-ZC100 bus module and allocate device addresses 10/20/30
The parallel mode can be switched through three methods: panel buttons, external switch values, and remote communication.
8. Line voltage drop compensation LDC
Compensate for line voltage drop through parameters Ur (resistance voltage drop% Un) and Ux (reactance voltage drop% Un), supporting both single machine and parallel operating conditions; Parameters can be calculated theoretically or obtained through on-site measurement of line voltage drop; When the tide reverses, the compensation direction automatically reverses.
9. RSV voltage reduction function (reducing the set voltage)
Used for load shedding, the two-stage voltage reduction input RSV1/2 (half reduction) and RSV1/1 (full reduction) can reduce the rated voltage by up to 9%; Can be triggered by external contacts.
