Only compatible controller: Linghua ADLINK AMP-204C (4-axis), AMP-208C (8-axis) pulse type motion control card; It is strictly prohibited to use it in conjunction with other sports control cards
2. Core purpose
As an adapter terminal board, it enables signal wiring between pulse command servo/stepper drivers and AMP series motion cards, compatible with mainstream Japanese and Taiwanese servos (Mitsubishi J3/J4, Yaskawa Sigma II/III/V, Panasonic MINAS A4/A5, Delta A2, etc.).
Definition and functional description of all onboard interfaces
There are 10 types of external connectors on the board, divided into five categories: main control, servo specific, universal IO, laser/trigger/brake, and power emergency stop. The functions of each interface are as follows:
P1 (SCSI 100Pin): motherboard core interface, connected to AMP sports card, carrying all 4-axis motion closed-loop signals (pulse, direction, encoder feedback, limit, servo enable, alarm, origin, trigger, axis specific IO)
CMP1~CMP4 (4-channel 26Pin): 4-axis servo dedicated interface, directly connected to various servo drivers, integrating a complete set of servo signals such as pulse, direction, encoder, servo enable, alarm, positioning, brake, reset, 24V power supply, etc; Can be paired with a single-sided open circuit universal cable to adapt to various brands of servos
CN1 (9Pin): Laser control dedicated interface, carrying 4-axis digital output, two-way trigger differential signal, digital ground
J1/J2 (2-channel 10 pin screw terminals): 4-axis isolated limit/origin/axis exclusive input/output, including positive and negative limit PEL/MEL, origin ORG, axis EDI isolated input, DO output common terminal; Input public DICOM requires 24V connection, output public DOCOM connected to 24V ground IGND
J3 (5Pin): Two differential trigger signals TRG output terminal
J4 (9Pin): Positive and negative output terminals for the Bra brake signal of the 4-axis motor
J5 (5Pin): External 24V main power supply+emergency stop EMG input interface, providing I24V, IGND, IO common terminal, emergency stop signal

IOIF3/4: A total of 16 isolated digital outputs DO1~DO16, with terminals equipped with DIOGND external 24V ground; The output adopts MOSFET circuit, with a maximum single channel current of 250mA, which can drive solenoid valves and high-power actuators
Dial switches S1 and S2 function
Two sets of dialing codes, S1 and S2, are used on the board to switch the ALM-RST pin function of the CMP interface:
ON: The pin function of this channel is servo alarm reset signal (default OFF)
OFF: This channel is a universal digital output DO
S1 controls 1/2 axis, S2 controls 3/4 axis, and the four axes switch modes independently.

Key points of signal allocation for each interface pin
1. P1 (100Pin main card interface, 4-axis closed-loop motion core)
Group according to axes 1 to 4, with a unified signal architecture for each axis:
Pulse direction differential output: OUTx+/OUTx - (pulse), DIRx+/DIRx - (direction), supports pulse/direction or CW/CCW dual pulse mode, differential 26LS31 drive
Encoder differential feedback: EAx ± (A-phase), EBx ± (B-phase), EZx ± (Z-origin phase); Differential common mode voltage range ± 7V, minimum input differential voltage difference of 0.2V, maximum support for 5MHz encoding frequency
Servo control output: SVONx (servo enable), TRGx ± (position comparison triggers differential pulse), EDOx (axis specific digital output)

3. Unified rules for power supply and common terminal
All isolated IOs are divided into two power supply systems:
Axis standard isolation IO (J1/J2/J5/J6/CMP): DICOM connected to I24V (+24V), DOCOM connected to IGND (24V ground)
Expand IOIF isolation IO: DI side common DIO24V connected to external 24V; DO side common DIOGND connected to external 24V ground. When using DO, an external 24V power supply must be connected
Explanation of all signal isolation circuits and wiring schematics
