1. Distinguishing the positioning of the two major product lines

1) IM Series: Fully Integrated Industrial Display Screen

The enclosed whole machine has a pure flat appearance, with IP65 protection on the front and standard VESA wall mounting. It focuses on equipment HMI and industrial control scenarios; The dimensions cover 15/17/19/21.5/23.8/27 inches.

2) OM series: Open Frame Display

No complete back shell, supports cabinet embedded panel installation+VESA wall mounted dual solution, with a wider range of sizes: 7/10.1/12.1/15/15.6/17/18.5/19/21.5/23.8/27/32/43 inches, suitable for self-service terminals, advertising machines, medical, rail transit, and gaming consoles.

Highlights of Universal Core Hardware

Touch: 10 point capacitive PCAP touch screen across the entire range, with anti fingerprint coating on the surface and a glass hardness of 7H (3H for 32SHV medical models);

Backlight LED: IM backlight has a lifespan of 30000-50000 hours, OM has a maximum lifespan of 50000 hours;

Protection: The front is uniformly IP65 dustproof and waterproof; The wide temperature version has a minimum working temperature of -20 ℃ and a maximum working temperature of 70 ℃;

Structure: Full view LCD screen, adaptive horizontal and vertical screens; Air bonding process;

2 OM Open Frame Series

(1) Small screen 4:3/5:3 OM-070/121/150/170/190

Starting from 7 inches, the minimum power consumption of the model is only 3.7W. Some models support ultra wide temperature range of -20 ℃~70 ℃ and only support VESA+panel embedded installation.

(2) Mainstream 16:9 widescreen OM-101/156/185/215/238/270

Full coverage of 10.1-27-inch 1080P, OM-215H outdoor high brightness 1200nit, minimum working temperature -20 ℃.

(3) Large screen commercial OM-320/OM-320SVV/OM-430

32/43 inch 1080P, upgraded video interface: HDMI+VGA+DVI+DP 1.2;

Power supply changed to 24V DC, VESA upgraded with 200 × 200 mounting holes;

OM-320SVV high brightness 800nit, wide temperature range -10~60 ℃; Ordinary 32/43 is only 0-40 ℃.

Mechanical structure and two installation methods

VESA wall mounted (universal across the entire series)

Small and medium-sized screens (IM full series, OM070~270): VESA MIS-D 75 × 75/100 × 10, using M4 screws;

32/43 inch large screen: VESA 200 × 200, using M6 screws;

Installation requirements: The I/O interface of the IM/OM small screen must face downwards; The large screen has no orientation restrictions.

2-panel embedded installation (OM open series only)

OM070~270: The equipment is embedded in the control cabinet with openings and fixed with dedicated metal buckles. The number of buckles varies for each model (8-20), and the manual provides accurate hole size drawings for each model;

OM320/430: No buckle, directly attached to the cabinet through the reserved screw hole on the back;

Installation precautions: Before installation, connect the wires and reserve space for back heat dissipation. Do not overtighten the buckle and damage the shell.

OSD screen adjustment menu system

1. Button layout

IM/OM 7-27 inches: rear 5 buttons (power, MENU, SELECT,+, -);

OM320/430 large screen: independent Auto, Menu, Enter, left and right Exit、 There are 7 power buttons in total.

2-Level OSD Menu System

1) 7/12.1/15/17/19/215H Simple menu: Image brightness, color temperature, signal source, screen position, language, transparency, reset;

2) IM215/238/270&OM101~270 complete menu: added backlight, sharpness, hue saturation, image ratio, DDCI communication switch;

3) 32/43 inch large screen advanced menu: added black level, image preset mode, DPMS energy-saving, and separate sharpness adjustment;

General functions: Supports Chinese English/Japanese/multiple languages, OSD position movement, automatic screen shutdown timing, factory parameter reset, input signal information viewing.

Troubleshooting

Covering 5 typical types of faults and their solutions:

Black screen: Check power supply, power on/off, video cable, graphics card, input timing;

Abnormal screen offset/blur: Perform VGA automatic calibration and check cable;

Color distortion: Re plug and unplug the video signal cable;

Image splash screen: OSD clock/phase adjustment, automatic correction;

Touch unresponsive: Confirm that the USB touch cable is intact and the host USB driver is working properly.

Before disassembly and wall mounting, the power must be cut off for cooling to avoid high temperature burns;

Do not cover the heat dissipation port, avoid liquid splashing in, and only use the original factory specification power supply;

Maintenance can only be carried out by professional engineers and cannot be disassembled by oneself;
