Chapter 3 Hardware Installation Operation Guide
3.1 Socket P Mobile CPU Installation Specification
Power off and anti-static operation throughout the entire process;
Rotate the slot locking screw to open the buckle, align the CPU triangle logo with the slot positioning angle, and lay it flat;
Locking screws must be matched with a heat sink and coated with thermal grease. Without heat dissipation, the CPU will overheat and burn out;
Connect the CPU fan to the CPUFAN1 power socket.
3.2 DDR2 Memory Installation
Align the foolproof notch of the DIMM slot with the memory notch, and the two ends of the buckle will automatically lock; It is recommended to install dual channel memory in pairs with the same capacity and frequency.
3.3 Windows Driver Standard Installation Sequence (XP as the main driver)
Intel 965 chipset INF underlying driver;
GMA X3100 integrated graphics card driver;
Dual gigabit network card driver;
Realtek ALC888 high-definition audio driver;
TPM security module driver;
After each installation step is completed, the system must be restarted, and the drivers are stored in the designated directory on the accompanying CD. The update package can be downloaded from the official website.
