Product Introduction
PCIe 8332/8334/8338 is a hardware architecture EtherCAT MainDevice motion controller that achieves multi axis synchronous motion and massive I/O control through the EtherCAT bus. It can manage up to 64 axes and over 10000 I/O points; The minimum EtherCAT cycle is 250 μ s, with excellent jitter control, suitable for vertical automation scenarios with strict requirements for synchronization and real-time performance.
The board comes with local hardware IO: dedicated emergency stop input, 4-channel isolated DI, 4-channel isolated DO, DI can be configured as Pulsar Input, with a maximum input frequency of 1MHz.
Support APS function library and MotionCreatorPro2 configuration and debugging tools; Supports up to 8 download program tasks and can run independently offline.
