Product basic positioning

CPCI-3610 is an entry-level low-power 3U CompactPCI controller blade board launched by Linghua. It uses Intel Atom low-power processors and is available in three width models (cPCI-3610, cPCI-3610D, cPCI-3610P): 4HP/8HP and 12HP. It is compatible with industrial CompactPCI chassis, supports hot swapping, and is designed for fanless, high shock resistant, and wide temperature industrial scenarios. It comes with a dedicated rear adapter module cPCI-R3610/cPCI-R3610T.

2.1 Processor and Chipset

Three Intel Atom 45nm processors are available for selection, all of which integrate graphics cards and memory controllers:

N450 (single core): 1.66GHz, 512KB L2 cache, TDP 5.5W， Support fanless operation

D410 (single core): 1.66GHz, 512KB L2 cache, TDP 11W

D510 (dual core): 1.66GHz, 1MB L2 cache, TDP 13W， Stronger multitasking performance

Supporting chipset: Intel ICH8M; The BIOS is 16Mbit SPI flash AMIBIOS8.

2.2 Memory Design

Onboard soldered single channel DDR2-667/800 SDRAM, with a maximum capacity of 2GB; soldered memory has strong seismic performance and is suitable for high vibration conditions such as in vehicles and rail transit.

Display output

CPU integrated core display, supporting DirectX9 and Intel clear video technology; DB15 VGA analog interface, with a maximum resolution of 2048 × 1536, and the screen can be switched between the front and rear panels.

Watchdog WDT

Programmable reset timer, timing range 1 second to 65535 minutes, timeout can trigger system reset or NMI interrupt; The onboard button lithium battery stores RTC clock and CMOS parameters.

Hardware monitoring

Real time collection of CPU temperature, overall machine temperature, and various DC voltages, and any abnormalities can be handled in conjunction with a watchdog.

Indicator light

Green power LED and red watchdog alarm LED on the front panel.
