Installation process of cabinet door panel (achieving IP65)

Warning: Copying perforated templates is strictly prohibited as it may alter the dimensions of the drawings. The original paper template of the kit must be used.

Use tape to fix the original perforated template in the cabinet door installation position.

Drilling:

Drill 4 fixed screw holes with a diameter of 4.5 mm;

Drill one large hole with a diameter of 35 mm to pass through the extension cable;

Pay attention to preventing metal chips from falling into the interior of the cabinet during homework.

Remove the template; Remove burrs from all holes and apply anti-corrosion paint.

Install the sealing gasket onto the Drive Data Manager handheld device, and the six protruding positioning points on the gasket must be engaged with the corresponding positioning holes of the handheld device.

Connect one end of the extension cable to the handheld device; The other end of the cable passes through the cabinet door with a Φ 35   mm opening and extends into the cabinet.

Use the M4 × 8 screws and spring washers kit to secure the handheld device to the cabinet door panel; Tighten the screws and compress the sealing gasket to ensure an IP65 seal.

Install 2 pieces of 4-40UNC locking plates on the side of the inverter body.

Route the cables inside the cabinet and open the yellow control door of the frequency converter; If necessary, loosen the outer cover of the TB1 digital output terminal and route the cable from behind the cover.

Insert the plug into the interface of the inverter body and use the connector's built-in fixing screw to lock the plug.

Use matching zip ties to secure cables; Close the yellow control door, and the cabinet panel installation is complete.

Handheld operation mode installation

Handheld end: Connect the 3-meter extension cable directly and secure the cable using the connector side clip.

The wiring on the cabinet side of the frequency converter follows the same wiring steps as the cabinet installation above, using a 4-40NNC locking plate to secure the cable for handheld debugging.
