Overall function of the controller

Elektronikon ™  The four core capabilities of the Swipe air compressor controller are:

Automatic control of the unit: automatic adjustment of loading/unloading to maintain the pipeline pressure within the set range; Configurable minimum downtime and maximum number of motor starts; Support timed start stop; When the downtime is too short, it will maintain operation to avoid frequent start stop.

Crew Protection

Shutdown protection: direct shutdown due to exhaust overheating or overload of drive motor/fan motor;

Shutdown warning: When the warning threshold is reached, a pop-up alarm will appear and the warning light will light up. If it continues to deteriorate without being processed, the shutdown will be triggered; The integrated dryer model also supports high dew point alarm;

Maintenance reminder: The service timer counts and a maintenance reminder pops up when it expires.

Monitoring the operational status of components.

Power off self restart ARAVF: automatically start the unit after power failure recovery; Factory default shutdown; Service user (service level password permission) needs to be enabled, and after enabling, the ARAVF logo needs to be pasted near the body.

Important safety reminder: In case of alarm or shutdown messages, the fault must be eliminated before resetting the alarm. Repeatedly resetting without addressing the fault will damage the air compressor.

Alarm triangle: flashing shutdown status; Normal warning is always on;

Maintenance symbol: Always on when maintenance is required;

Running light: Always on when the unit is running;

Power light: It lights up when powered on.

Operation logic: Select menu items on the left slider; Right slider to modify values; Horizontal slider to switch pages; √ Confirm/× Cancel.

Permission Level (Level 3)

The controller has three levels of access permissions, and different permissions result in different menus:

Basic User: Ordinary operator, only for basic viewing;

Advanced User: You can see the 'Auxiliary Device Parameters' menu;

Service User: Password protection; Access to the 'Service Maintenance Menu', enable power off and self restart ARAVF, and advanced parameters; Enter a 4-digit password and select the number on the right slider.

The visibility of the menu is controlled by permissions, and some menus with low permissions will be hidden.

Main screen

The default display for power on is the main screen; The screen will automatically turn off after a few minutes of inactivity.

Display content: current pipeline pressure, access permission icon, control mode (local/remote/LAN network), unit operation status icon, ARAVF power-off and restart indicator;

Swipe left to switch between additional pages: IO/counters, in use setpoints, manual uninstallation (only available in local+loading status), and machine status page;

Alarm handling: After the alarm page is called up, reset the alarm with √ and abandon the reset with X. The fault must be resolved before resetting the alarm.

All six main menus

1. Machine Settings Unit Settings Menu

Enter: Home page, swipe up the left slider to bring it up. Swipe left to switch between subpages:

Setpoint1/Setpoint2: Two sets of pressure setting points, set loading pressure and unloading pressure;

Regulation: Adjust relevant parameters;

Control Mode: Choose one of three control modes: 1) Local: The start stop button on the panel is valid; 2) Remote: Digital input terminal control, panel start stop button failure; 3) LAN: Ethernet UDP network command control, panel start stop button failure;

Auto Restart (ARAVF power off restart): Factory shutdown, requires a Service password to change.

2. Auxiliary Equipment Parameters

Only advanced and above permissions are visible; Subpage:

Dryer dryer (optional, can set energy-saving switch for dryer);

Fan fan;

Phase sequence detection;

SmartBox (internal/external): 2G-GSM wireless module, which can view the antenna RSSI signal strength.

3. Data menu

View statistics and IO status, subpage:

Counters counter: total running hours, loading hours, number of motor starts;

Input signals;

Output signals;

Safety reminder: Passive output cannot be used for safety circuits; Be sure to shut down and cut off power before connecting external equipment.

4. Service Maintenance Menu (only visible for Service permissions)

Next Service: Check the remaining maintenance hours and reset the maintenance timer;

Safety valve test.

5. Controller Settings Controller Settings Menu

Access Level permission switching (Service requires a 4-digit password);

Language: After modifying the language, the controller automatically restarts;

Units: pressure bar, temperature ℃, vibration unit micron, etc;

CAN bus parameters;

Ethernet settings: modify IP, subnet mask, gateway; Turn off Ethernet before making modifications, and make sure to turn it back on after making changes, otherwise the network will be lost;

Display Timeout: The screen has timed out to turn off and is protected by power-saving measures.

6. Information menu

Help: redirect to the official website;

Info version information: MAC address, application firmware version, operating system version, Boot boot firmware version.

General operating procedures (general steps for modifying any parameter)

Select the menu item on the left vertical slider;

Right vertical slider to enter editing;

Modify the values up and down on the right slider;

Click √ to confirm and save; Abandon the modification.

Important Notice on Control Mode

Remote mode and LAN network mode, the start stop button on the panel is invalid; Can only be controlled by external signals/network commands;

Manual uninstallation function: It can only be executed when the machine is in 【 Local mode+Load loaded running 】.
