Standard standard protection function (ANSI standard protection number)
All protection supports independent setting of multiple windings, current summation logic, and supports two CT secondary rated current specifications of 1A/5A. The parameters include independent setting range, step size, and accuracy indicators.
46 Negative sequence inverse time overcurrent: Multiple characteristic curves (Beco/IEC/IEEE) for definite time/inverse time, suitable for three-phase unbalanced faults;
49 winding thermal overload protection: supports single winding/multi winding current summation, adjustable thermal time constant and maximum overload current;
50 Four winding instantaneous phase overcurrent: multiple sets of components independently set values and delay;
50BF circuit breaker failure protection: dual criteria for phase current and zero sequence current, independent delay;

87T transformer winding differential protection (main protection)
Equipped with 87H high-value instantaneous differential quick break; Double slope braking, 2nd/4th harmonic surge braking, 5th harmonic overexcitation braking;
CT ratio compensation and harmonic braking can be separately activated/deactivated/averaged across phases; Trip response under 1-cycle delay<1.5 cycles;
87GD grounding differential protection: optional direction/no direction criterion, suitable for independent grounding fault discrimination of each winding;
IPSigmic programmable logic: By using Boolean and/or/non logic+timer, custom protection linkage, locking, and switching logic can be achieved;
TCM trip circuit monitoring: monitoring the integrity of the trip circuit, compatible with 24-250V DC trip coils; Expand IO and add CCM for monitoring the closing circuit;
BM circuit breaker wear monitoring: integrate It/I ² t to calculate contact burnout, output alarm beyond limit;
TF traversal fault record: Accumulate the number of faults, total I ² t, and record the fault characteristic quantity.
Optional voltage protection package (optional function)

24 V/Hz overexcitation protection: 2 fixed time limits+1 inverse time limit to suppress transformer over flux overheating;
27 phase undervoltage: used for low-voltage load shedding logic;
59 phase overvoltage;
59G zero sequence grounding overvoltage: adapted to open delta PT, calculate 3V0 zero sequence voltage;
81O/U over/under frequency: 4 sets of independent frequency components, corresponding to the tuning intervals of the 50/60Hz system.

Current CT input: up to 15 CT channels, 5A/1A rated optional; Long term tolerance to 3 times the rated value and 1-second tolerance to 100 times the rated value; 5A model CT load<0.5VA, 1A model<0.3VA;
Open circuit: Passive dry contact, internal 24Vdc wet contact, operating current ≥ 25mA; INPUT1 can be connected to the auxiliary contact driving panel closing indicator light of the circuit breaker with a voltage of 52b;
Output relay contacts: standard 8-way output (6 normally open+2 conversion), power alarm normally closed, self-test alarm conversion; Expand IO and add 8 normally open channels; The contact meets the capacity specifications of IEEE C37.90 and UL508.
Communication and clock synchronization
IRIG-B timing: BNC interface supports modulation B122, RS232 supports demodulation B002, providing high-precision timing for waveform recording and fault events;
Ethernet features: automatic MDI-X adaptation, no need for crossover cables; IEC61850 supports no request reporting, fixed value modification, and full measurement;

Physical dimensions and installation method
There are two types of models: standard without expansion IO and with expansion IO, supporting horizontal 19 inch rack and vertical panel installation:
Standard type (without extended IO): 19 inches wide x 5.21 inches high x 10.20 inches deep, net weight 7kg;
Extended IO model: 19 inches wide x 6.96 inches high x 10.20 inches deep, net weight 8.6kg;
Compliant with ANSI/EIA RS-310C and DIN 41494 industrial rack standards, the document includes hole dimensions, backplane terminal diagram, and front and rear views.
