Overview of Business Units

Bangfeili Industrial and Automation Division targets over 20 industrial industries, including material handling, logistics, food and beverage, metal processing, mining, recycling, and new energy. The complete product consists of four major sections: Gear Units, Electric Motors, Drive, and Digital Engineering Tools.


Gear Units

Divided into three major subcategories: standard industrial gearboxes, heavy-duty industrial gearboxes, and precision planetary gearboxes, a large number of models support ATEX explosion-proof (gas/dust hazardous areas).

2.1 Standard Industrial Gearboxes

EVOX-CP series: new generation coaxial helical gear reducer

Machine base CP07-CP47 (CP57/CP67 to be released later), torque 55-335Nm; 2-3 stage transmission;

Core highlight: Single oil level design, supporting all 360 ° installation positions with the same ordering code; Easy to clean and smooth shell, lifelong synthetic oil lubrication; Foundation/flange composite version; Supports IEC/NEMA/compact motor adapters, solid input shaft HS;

Options: FKM/NBR oil seal, food grade lubricant, reinforced bearings, low backlash, stainless steel parts, C5 anti-corrosion coating, ATEX explosion-proof.

VF/W series worm gear reducer (1956 classic series)

Machine base VF27~VF250, torque 13-7100Nm; single-stage and combination multi-stage speed ratio i=7-10000;

Features: Compact installation space, capable of absorbing peak impact loads, low noise; Rich installation forms, torque arm, built-in torque limiter, extended output shaft and other options, supporting ATEX.

C-series coaxial helical gear

Machine base C05-C100, torque 45-12000Nm; 2-3-4 stage helical gears; Speed ratio 2.6-1476;

High rigidity, suitable for dynamic working conditions; Support solid axis, IEC/NEMA/servo adapter; The options include backstop, low backlash, various oil seals, C5 anti-corrosion, ATEX explosion-proof.

A-series spiral bevel gear right angle reducer

Machine base A05-A90, torque 100-1400Nm; 2-3-4 level right angle reversing;

Efficient right angle transmission scheme; Output supports solid and hollow shafts (flat keys/shrink discs/splines); Torque arm, backstop, reinforced bearing, supporting ATEX explosion-proof.

F-series parallel axis hollow axis suspension reducer

Machine base F10-F90, torque 140-14000Nm; 2-3 to 4 levels; Hollow output shaft, can be directly fitted onto the equipment spindle; Built in torque arm mounting holes simplify the overall layout of the machine; Rich options, supporting ATEX.

S series single-stage helical gear (high-speed working condition)

Machine base S10-S50, torque 21-200Nm; small speed ratio i=1.4-13.1; Targeting continuous high-speed applications such as pumps and fans; Unibox enclosure, high cost-effectiveness.

HF series lifting dedicated drive unit

Specially developed for crane hoisting mechanisms, compliant with FEM/ISO lifting standards; Machine base HF40/HF70/HF125, maximum load of 16 tons;

Ductile iron shell, supporting dual brakes; Large center distance offset, suitable for various drum sizes; Flange output, spline output shaft.

2.2 Heavy Duty Industrial Gearboxes

Targeting harsh working conditions and high torque equipment, modular and equipped with a large number of thermal management accessories, supporting ATEX explosion-proof.

300M series heavy-duty planetary gearbox

Torque 1250~1   286   000Nm; 1-4 levels; Can be connected to electric motors and hydraulic motors; Straight/right angle version;

Options: torsion arm, oil air cooling unit, hollow/solid output shaft, shrink disc; Adapt to harsh environments and explosion-proof areas.

3/H series planetary oblique cone combination: planetary+heavy-duty spiral bevel gear combination, high speed ratio, high heat capacity, equipped with forced lubrication, cooling coil, heater, and oil sensor.

3/A-series planetary right angle bevel gear combination: right angle layout, suitable for high torque density and medium heavy-duty applications.

3/V series planetary worm gear combination: achieves maximum reduction ratio, suitable for frequent start stop and harsh working conditions.

HDO series heavy-duty spiral bevel gear right angle reducer

Torque 8990-147070Nm; 2-3 to 4 levels; Dual input shaft, hollow shaft; Can be equipped with forced lubrication, cooling unit, oil sensor, check valve, and Drywell dry well seal; Supports ATEX.

HDP series heavy-duty parallel axis helical gear

Torque 5190-147070Nm; 2-3 to 4 levels; Shared accessory system with HDO: forced lubrication, cooling, heater, dry well seal Drywell.

2.3 Precision Planetary Gearboxes (for servo applications)

Divided into Performance high performance line, Effective high cost-effectiveness line, compatible with servo motors, low backlash, high stiffness, IP65 protection.

TQ (inline)/TQK (right angle) high performance: backlash of 2-6 degrees, high torsional stiffness, reinforced bearings, suitable for high dynamic positioning equipment.

TQF/TQFE: Flange output precision planetary, high overturning moment, suitable for direct installation of flanges.

TR/MP: General economy type, with multiple configurations including inline, input right angle, and output right angle; Speed ratio 3-1000.

TQFEK: Flange output right angle precision planet;

SL: Synchronous belt drive dedicated planet, integrated pulley options, high radial load capacity;

LC/LCK/MPE/MPEK: High cost-effective precision planet, compatible with market standard interfaces, convenient for retrofitting old equipment;

KR series compact right angle steering gearbox: small speed ratios of 1/1, 1/2, 1/5; Solid/hollow shaft, shrink disc option, saves axial installation space.

Electric Motors

The product line covers asynchronous induction motors, synchronous reluctance motors BSR, and BMD permanent magnet synchronous servo motors, with complete energy efficiency levels IE1-IE2-IE3-IE4; Support global multi voltage, rich options (brake, encoder, anti condensation heater, anti-corrosion coating C3-C5, forced air cooling, thermal protection).

EVOX BXN/MXN (IE3 Ultra High Efficiency Asynchronous Motor)

MXN is compact and can be directly connected to reducers such as CP; BXN is a standard IEC flange; 9-pin junction box, a set of motors compatible with voltages from multiple countries around the world; 4-pole power of 0.12-7.5kW; supports DC power-off brake, encoder, second shaft extension, tropical treatment, C5 anti-corrosion.

BN-M (IE1)/BE-ME (IE2)/BX-MX (IE3)/BY (IE4) Universal Asynchronous Motors

BN-M IE1 standard efficiency; BE-ME IE2 is efficient; BX-MX IE3 ultra-high efficiency; BY IE4 ultra-high efficiency (75-200kW cast iron base);

2/4/6 poles; Multiple installations for B3/B5/B14; Rich options: DC brake manual release R/RM, PTC/KTY thermal protection, encoder, forced air cooling, anti condensation heater, anti-corrosion coating.

Note: Due to the EU Ecodesign Directive, some power ranges can only be used for discontinuous S2/S3 intermittent operation.

BSR synchronous reluctance motor

No need for permanent magnets, combining the reliability of asynchronous motors with high efficiency of synchronous motors; Must be equipped with Bangfeili drives for operation; Sensor free positioning can be achieved without the need for an encoder; Smaller in size compared to asynchronous motors of the same power.

BMD permanent magnet synchronous servo motor

Rare earth neodymium iron boron magnetic steel; Low cogging torque; Machine base 65-170; Locking torque 0.85-60Nm (forced air cooling version);

14 feedback options: rotary transformer, single/multi turn absolute value, safety encoder; 230V/400V power supply;

Options: 24V holding brake, additional inertia flywheel, forced ventilation, multiple connectors, IP67 protection, C5 anti-corrosion.


Drivers

Divided into cabinet drives and decentralized drives (motor body direct installation), covering simple frequency conversion to high-end servo motion control, supporting asynchronous, permanent magnet synchronous, and reluctance motors, with STO safe torque cutoff (SIL2/SIL3, PLd/PLe), supporting mainstream industrial buses EtherCAT, Profinet, CANopen, and built-in V-PLC and PID.

4.1 Cabinet mounted Drivers

AxiaVert AXV: High end high-performance driver, up to SIL3/PL e; Multi encoder interface, enriching sports safety functions SS1, SLS, SLP; Built in IEC61131 PLC; Suitable for complex motion control.

ANG Active Next Gen: Universal high-performance motion inverter, power 0.25-400kW, maximum parallel 1200kW; STO SIL3/PLE; Support servo positioning and asynchronous frequency conversion.

ACU Active Cube: High power and high performance, 0.25-400kW; lifting, warehousing and logistics, textile; Enrich IO expansion and encoder interfaces.

AGL Agile: Standard Economy, 0.12-11kW; STO SIL2/PL d; Suitable for ordinary material handling, fans and pumps.

S2U: Basic simple frequency converter; S2U onboard; The S2U-IP66 protection level model is suitable for harsh environments.

AEC active feedback unit: feeds back braking energy to the grid, replacing braking resistors and saving energy; Adapt to ACU/ANG drivers to improve the quality of the power grid.

4.2 On board drives DGM series

The driver is directly installed on the motor housing, eliminating the need for long power cables and reducing the size of the electrical cabinet; IP65 protection, STO safety function; Support multiple buses; Divided into standard DGM and DGM modular versions; Power range of 0.37-30kW; compatible with asynchronous, permanent magnet synchronous, and reluctance motors; Suitable for logistics transportation and packaging machinery.


Digital Engineering Tools

Smart Sizer selection software

Used for complete selection of transmission chains, supporting up to 50 axis multi axis systems; Simultaneously complete the matching calculation of reducer, motor, and driver; Output a complete selection plan, which can be used by both engineers and customers; Covering all Bonfly gearboxes, motors, and drive products.

EPLAN Data Portal

Provide EPLAN macro files and electrical drawing templates for drivers, simplify the design of electrical control cabinets, reduce manual input errors, and shorten project design cycles; AXV/ANG/ACU/AGL supports the full range of drives.
