Positioning: A comprehensive control, protection, and power management system for distributed modular power stations targeting ships, offshore drilling platforms, and offshore energy; Supporting integrated control of diesel/gas/turbine generators, shaft generators, busbar interconnection switches, and shore power cabinets, all certified by mainstream classification societies, with high seismic and harsh environmental resistance.
Core features: Only 4 types of hardware modules are needed to build a complete power station solution, with a distributed architecture that can manage up to 15 units per system. The software and hardware are highly customized for project delivery.
Applicable application scenarios
Various commercial vessels: propulsion powered DP2/3 positioning vessels, supply vessels, multi diesel unit vessels, and vessels with shaft generators (capable of generating electricity/electric dual working conditions);
Offshore drilling platforms, offshore oil and gas facilities, and turbine generators;
Multi segment busbars, multi bus tie circuit breakers, and multi-channel shore power grid connected systems;
Combined heat and power generation, multi-source hybrid distributed offshore power station, compatible with multiple operating mode combinations.
Overall system architecture design
1. Distributed DGU unit
Each generator is equipped with a set of DGU plug-in boxes (rack mounted controller units), and each DGU communicates with each other through a dedicated DM-4 LAN internal bus to jointly complete power distribution and linkage start stop.
A maximum of 15 DGUs can be connected to a single system;
Each DGU independently completes local measurement, protection, speed and voltage regulation, and circuit breaker control;
All DGU underlying software is unified, relying on hardware coding to distinguish between unit/bus/shore power roles, and spare parts are universal.
2. Human computer interaction system
DU split display screen: Up to 3 external DGUs can be connected to a single DGU, and the cabinet door is embedded for real-time display of three-phase power, fault alarms, and parameter settings;
AOP extension operation panel:
AOP-1: Standard host local panel, 0.5m short line direct connection to DU, 8 buttons+16 status LED;
AOP-2: CAN bus remote type, up to 200m away, with a maximum of 5 blocks mounted on a single CAN bus, supporting factory wide mode switching and status indication.
3. Internal communication DM-4 LAN
PCM4-1 (basic type): Single twisted pair bus architecture;
PCM4-5 (high-end redundant type, optional dual network redundancy);
Long distance scenarios can be connected to an external fiber optic conversion module;
External communication channels: RS485 Modbus RTU, Ethernet Modbus TCP, CANopen, compatible with shore based SCADA and ship control systems.
PC upper tool USW (free software): USB directly connected to PCM, supports parameter up and down installation, firmware upgrade, real-time monitoring, alarm recording, trend curve, and clock synchronization.
