ABB DSQC663 3HAC029818-001/10 power supply
The electrical installation includes the following wire and cable
connections:
• Cables between integrated transformer and
drive
• Power cables, ground cables, equipotential
bonding conductor
• Auxiliary power, control and serial communica tion cables
• Control and power supply cables for fan units
Cables are used for the connection of the power to the input
transformer, from the transformer to the converter and from the
converter to the motor.
For information on the requirements for
power cables, ground cable and equipo tential bonding conductor, see:
• ACS2000 power cable specification
• Power cables engineering guideline
For information on the requirements for
the auxiliary power cable and the control
cables, see auxiliary power and control
cables guideline.
While connecting the drive to the non-integrated transformer and the
motor, the following rules must be observed:
Independent of the distance between the non-inte grated transformer and the drive, one single-core
cable per phase must be used. The current carrying
capacity must not be increased by laying cables in
parallel.
Cables between drive and motor can be laid in par allel. The number of cables laid in parallel is limited
by the number of entry holes of the entry plate.

The auxiliary power and I/O module terminals are described below.
