Product basic positioning and core use
43AP is a pneumatic indication type process controller suitable for process industries. It can measure, display, and closed-loop control four major types of process variables: pressure, vacuum, differential pressure, and temperature. It relies on pneumatic signal output to drive regulating valves and has high reliability and versatility, almost suitable for all types of industrial process scenarios.

1. Measurement accuracy is not affected by installation stress interference
The control unit and measuring elements are uniformly fixed on a rigid steel plate to isolate the stress caused by deformation during cabinet installation, ensuring stable measurement and control accuracy.
2. Process display without loss of gas/pressure
When the gas supply pressure is lost or the gas source fails, the process variable pointer still maintains the current measurement value and will not return to zero, which facilitates fault diagnosis.
3. All weather protective shell
Fiberglass reinforced polyester shell, with shatter resistant polycarbonate observation window sealing door, protection level IEC IP53, NEMA Type 3, resistant to outdoor, dust, and light rain environments.
4. The installation form is highly flexible
Supports four installation options: panel embedding, wall surface installation, DN50/2-inch vertical pipes, and pipe supports (Yoke).
5. The control algorithm and parameter adjustment range are extremely wide
Complete coverage switch P、PD、PI、PID、 Differential clearance and automatic shutdown all control modes; Integral (reset) adjustable from 0.01 to 50 minutes, differential adjustable from 0.05 to 50 minutes.

1. Non disruptive automatic/manual switching (NCD model suffix)
Internal balance pipeline, pressure regulating valve, two position switch, two-step operation to achieve disturbance free switching; The cabinet door must be opened before operation to prevent accidental switching. During maintenance, manual maintenance can be performed separately. There is also an external switching panel available with the SD series option.
2. Manual switch for nozzle sealing: a low-cost and simple manual control solution.
3. Remote pneumatic setting (- P suffix): The external air source signal can remotely modify the set value, and some high-pressure/absolute pressure components cannot be matched.
4. Batch control BATCH-H: dedicated for intermittent processes, suppresses integral overshoot, and quickly corrects when restoring control.
5.70 type electrical alarm contact C-T/70: up to 5 sets of relays, AC/DC contacts 5A/120VAC, 2A/240VAC, available in ordinary explosion-proof areas.
6. Control valve direct installation CVM: Models without rear components can be directly assembled on the P50/P110 actuator valve body.
7. Built in air source processing IAS: pressure regulating filter pressure reducing valve+pressure gauge, only available for pipeline installation models.
8. Gas tight casing with 1/2NPT exhaust port seal, suitable for clean and non corrosive process gas conditions.
9. Anti tampering knob TPK: Remove the door knob and use specialized tools to open the door, preventing unauthorized modification of parameters.
