The Honeywell HCiX series touch panel operation interface (including HCiW/HCIU sub models) is a touch control terminal suitable for industrial control, providing a variety of color TFT LCD screens from 4.3 inches to 15.0 inches. The core is equipped with a 32-bit RISC CPU, with front protection up to IP65. It comes standard with RS-232C, RS-422/485, Ethernet communication interface and supports Profibus optional installation. It has functions such as multilingual support, large capacity data storage, custom graphic design, etc. The working temperature covers * * -10 ℃ to 60 ℃, and can be adapted to mainstream PLC brands such as Honeywell, Schneider, Rockwell, Siemens, etc. Different models have differentiated designs in resolution, power supply mode, power consumption, and storage configuration. Core purpose: Through color LCD touch screen and custom graphics, access to all functions of industrial controllers, device monitoring and parameter operation can be achieved, replacing traditional keyboards and improving operational convenience.

Model system: The main series is HCiX, including HCiW (widescreen version) and HCiU sub models, with more than 10 models ranging from 4.3 inches to 15.0 inches in screen size. Different models have differentiated designs in resolution, power supply, and configuration.

Core hardware: The entire series comes standard with a color TFT LCD screen (65536 colors), analog/resistive touch screen, and 32-bit RISC CPU (ensuring high-speed graphics processing); The front shell has a protection level of IP65F and can be used in harsh industrial environments such as humidity and dust.

Touchscreen allows for direct modification of device parameters, making operation more convenient;

Standard XDesignerPlus design tool, supporting custom graphic design, providing rich design objects such as numerical values, indicator lights, alarms, keyboards, charts, animations, etc., without the need for register addressing to select variables;

Multi language support: The screen can directly switch languages, supports English/Korean/Chinese, and is compatible with Windows system fonts.

Optional interface: Profibus communication adapter, some models support Devicenet and CC Link (optional in the future);

The custom interface can be downloaded through RS-232C, Ethernet, USB, and supports USB storage/printers and other peripherals.

Data Storage and Management

Optional CF/SD card and USB storage for large capacity data recording. The recorded data is saved in CSV format and can be analyzed and printed using MS Excel/CSV reader;

Support USB storage for cross device transfer of configuration files, fonts, and formulas, with a front USB port on the screen to enhance operational convenience;

You can quickly download/upload configuration files through the USB port.

Printing function: The entire series supports roll printers (RS232), and most models support USB port printing (PCL Level 3 language). Only HCiX15-TE does not have USB printing function.
