System Overview

Positioning: Modular and configurable, suitable for medium to large-scale fire protection projects; A single machine can have up to 10 SLC signal circuits, with a maximum of 318 points per circuit (159 detectors+159 modules), and a maximum of 3180 intelligent addressing devices for the entire machine.

Display selection

CPU2-3030D: Equipped with a 640 character backlit LCD display screen (16 lines x 40 characters) and a QWERTY full-featured programming keyboard; Multi language version, supporting Marine models for marine use.

CPU2-3030ND: No display version, only used as a network node, the system must be configured with external network display devices (NCA-2, NCD, ONYXWorks).

Cloud interconnection capability: Connected Life Safety Services cloud platform is accessed through CLSS gateway to achieve remote monitoring, remote programming, multi building centralized station reporting, and mobile applications.

Special certification capability: optional seismic kit to meet earthquake applications; The Marine version meets the requirements of the classification society; Firmware V20 and above meet the UL2572 Large scale Notification System MNS requirements.

2.1 SLC Loop System

LCM-320 single loop control module, LEM-320 loop expansion module; Up to 5 LCM-320+5 LEM-320, totaling 10 SLCs.

SLC supports Class A/B/X; Support FlashScan ®  High speed digital protocol, polling of all devices in a single loop takes less than 2 seconds, with a maximum of 159 output activations lasting less than 5 seconds; Compatible with CLIP protocol old devices.

SWIFT wireless fire protection: FWSG (A) wireless gateway, with a maximum of 49 wireless devices per gateway and a maximum of 4 gateways per machine, self-healing Mesh wireless networking.

2.2 ONYX Intelligent Detection Algorithm (FlashScan Patent)

Drift Compensation: Automatically compensates for detector dust accumulation, maintains detection sensitivity, and meets NFPA72 automatic sensitivity testing.

Multi level maintenance alarm: low chamber value, maintenance reminder, emergency maintenance three-level prompt, indicating detector dust accumulation.

Sensitivity settings: 9-level alarm sensitivity, 9-level pre alarm sensitivity; Support weekly schedule, automatically switch sensitivity by week/time period.

Self optimizing pre alarm: The detector learns the on-site baseline and automatically sets the pre alarm threshold.

Multi detector collaborative judgment: refer to the readings of surrounding detectors to improve real smoke recognition and reduce false alarms.

2.3 Logic, Events, and Storage

Up to 1000 Boolean logic equations to achieve complex linkage; Support SCS smoke control system (HVAC/FSCS mode).

Non volatile storage of historical events: 4000 comprehensive events+1000 independent alarm events, supporting filtering and retrieval by time, address, and event type.

Autoprogram: The host automatically recognizes the connected device, loads default parameters with one click, and quickly puts it into use.

Walk Test, generate reports; Single point independent alarm confirmation verification counter.

Degraded Mode: In the event of CPU failure, the system can still achieve global fire alarm output, ensuring life safety.

PAS positive alarm sequence pre signal, mute prohibition, automatic mute timer; Non alarm low priority points; Remote ACK/Mute/Reset/Exercise (via monitoring module).

2.4 Release (gas fire extinguishing) function

Support 10 independent hazardous areas; Multiple intersection logic; Adjustable delay and injection timer; 4 types of Abort logic termination; Can access NBG-12LRA release abort manual station.

2.5 Voice Broadcasting and Fire Telephone

DVC-EM digital voice command system, up to 8 channels of digital audio, capable of storing recorded messages; Support fire telephone.

Amplifier series: DAA2/DAX digital amplifier 35W-125W; AA series analog amplifier 30-120W; supports backup tone generator.

2.6 Communication and Reporting

EIA 232: Connected to PRN and Keltron printers; DPI 232 serial port extension.

EIA 485: Connect the complete set of ACS series display panel, remote relay module ACM 8R, TM 4 polarity reversal module, UDACT 2 communicator, SCS smoke exhaust panel; Up to 32 LCD2-80 remote reproductions per machine.

Wireless firefighting requires FWSG gateway; VESDA inhalation detector can be directly connected to SLC without the need for an intermediate interface.

At least one network repeater (NCA-2/NCD/ONYXWorks) shall be configured for the network system; CPU2-3030ND cannot run independently without display.
