1. Single source overall responsibility

Valves, actuators, and accessories can be supplied as a complete set, with high compatibility between components, and the entire set is managed by the same manufacturer.

2. Strong universality

Modular structure: Double acting (DA) and spring reset (SR) use the same cylinder body and end cap; Springs can be installed on site to transform the double action into spring reset and adapt to different gas supply pressures.

Reverse the piston to switch the fault position: spring closed (fault closed)/spring open (fault open).

Valve connections comply with ISO 5211; Electromagnetic valves and accessory interfaces comply with NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845;

Rich optional accessories: limit switches, NAMUR solenoid valves, mechanical safety locks, etc., to meet the majority of automation valve operating conditions.

4. Anti corrosion performance

Standard version: hard anodized cylinder body+PTFE coating, polyester coating on end cap, epoxy spray coating on spring, stainless steel fasteners inside and outside;

VPVLSS stainless steel forging version: material A182 F316/1.4401, suitable for strong corrosion conditions; Suitable for pharmaceutical, health, food, and offshore platforms.

5. Reliability and safety design

Multi spring built-in preloading design, spring anti-corrosion coating, good safety;

Two way external adjustable limit screw, which can accurately set the fully open and fully closed positions;

Safety design: Before fully unscrewing the limit screw, the internal air pressure of the actuator will be released in advance, and a pressure release sound can be heard to indicate an unsafe state.

Selection rules for actuators

Obtain the maximum operating torque of the valve and select the actuator output torque to be greater than or equal to the required torque of the valve;

Spring reset type (SR): Both the spring output torque and the air source drive torque must be greater than the valve operating torque;

1. NAMUR direct installation solenoid valve

3 is commonly used for spring reset actuators, 4 is commonly used for double acting actuators; VPVL650/700/800 does not support direct installation;

Models 031-0576-01 (NEMA4), 031-0580-01 (NEMA7), Cv=0.7; Voltage AC120V, 240V, DC12V, 24V. Special voltage and dual solenoid valves require consultation with the factory.

2. Mechanical safety lock LD

Meet OSHA maintenance lock requirements, the actuator can be locked in the fully open or fully closed position, equipped with tamper proof protective covers, and each model corresponds to a dedicated lock kit LD98-LD111.

3. 100% full range adjustable limit AS

Stainless steel limit structure, which can limit the travel freely in the fully closed to fully open range; Under the standard, only counterclockwise travel is restricted; Order code marked as AS; provide minimum/maximum length dimensions for each model.

4. Detachable manual override

Installed between the actuator and the valve; Normal disengagement from the output shaft, meshing when needed, relying on high reduction ratio gears for manual operation; Different actuators are matched with DO-1~DO-6 kits, and the documentation provides inch, metric dimensions, and weight.
