1. GOT Mobile Remote Web Access

Built in web server function, allowing mobile phones, tablets, and computers to remotely view real-time screens and operate devices through a browser, achieving remote production line monitoring. This function is compatible with GT25/GT27.

2. MES gateway data docking

Built in MES interface, can directly interface with databases such as SQL Server and Access, collect production data from on-site equipment such as PLC and temperature controller, and automatically upload it to the upper database; Support cross brand third-party industrial control equipment data collection, connecting workshop equipment with upper level production management systems.

3. GOT200 System Diagnostic Platform

No need to open the cover and connect to an external computer. The touch screen is embedded with a system configuration schematic, and the visual icons display the fault status of each module of the PLC; Click on the corresponding module to access fault details, program viewing, parameter backup/restore, and equipment maintenance guidance (PDF/video instructions), significantly reducing equipment maintenance hours.

4. GOT Drive servo debugging function

Native adaptation to Mitsubishi MR-J4 and MR-JE servo drives, eliminating the need for computer debugging. Servo parameter settings, debugging, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance can be completed directly on the touch screen, streamlining the equipment debugging process.

5. Flexible communication options

Standard basic communication, optional communication cards and wireless modules, compatible with multi brand PLCs, instruments, frequency converters, and temperature controllers for cross brand networking.

Configuration: GT25+FX3U PLC+serial port instrument.

Highlight: GT25 can simultaneously read PLC and serial instrument data, and directly write them into the database through MES interface without the need for an upper computer.

Selection suggestions and accessory selection

Display size: When displaying complex trend charts or large amounts of data, select 12.1 inches (VGA 640 × 480); When high-resolution display of fine graphics is required, choose 8.4-inch SVGA (800 × 600).

Storage Expansion: Standard projects typically have less than 20MB, with 80MB of RAM sufficient; If you need to record data logs (CSV) for a long time, it is recommended to use a USB flash drive.

Wireless requirements: Choose the GT25 WLAN model or order a wireless communication unit (GT25 WiFi).

Environmental adaptability: For high temperature or strong vibration environments, the GT25 oil proof type or equipped with a cooling fan can be selected.
