Key issues
Question 1: What are the core differences in scalability between FX0 and FX0N?
Answer: FX0 does not support extensions at all and can only be used standalone; FX0N supports expansion and can accommodate up to 2 special function modules+32 I/O expansion points. The maximum number of I/O points in the system can reach 128.
Question 2: What are the mandatory grounding requirements for FX0N series PLCs? What will happen if you don't comply?
Answer: * * ≥ 2mm ² copper wire must be used, with a grounding resistance of<100 Ω * *, and it should be grounded separately and not shared with the power circuit; Failure to comply can lead to increased interference, communication abnormalities, CPU error alarms, and device malfunctions.
Question 3: What faults do the ROG. E and CPU. E lights represent respectively? How to quickly investigate?
answer:
ROG. E flashing: Program error, check syntax, circuit, parameters, and download the program again.
CPU-E constantly on: Hardware failure. Restart and check the grounding and memory card first. If it is still abnormal, it is a CPU/motherboard failure and needs to be repaired.
