Product type: Electro hydraulic proportional flow+directional control valve, integrating traditional four-way solenoid valve and DC solenoid, while achieving directional switching and high-speed flow control.

Applicable scenarios: Remote control of hydraulic systems, shock free acceleration and deceleration control, simplifying hydraulic circuit configuration.

3. Key usage and installation requirements

Exhaust operation: Release the exhaust valve to release air before operation to ensure stable control.

Installation direction: The valve core axis should be installed horizontally.

Manual adjustment: Rotate the manual screw clockwise to increase the pressure, and under normal circumstances, it needs to be completely turned left.

Oil requirements: Oil temperature * * -20~70 ℃, kinematic viscosity 12~400mm ²/s * *, recommended 15~60mm ²/s.

Pollution control: The oil pollution level should not be lower than level 9, and it is recommended to install an 8 μ m filter.

Pilot pressure limit: When the pilot pressure of G03/G04/G06 exceeds 9MPa, a pressure reducing valve should be installed with a setting of 2MPa.
