Overall specifications of CPU unit

1. Division of CPU product line

There are a total of 9 CPUs in the CS1H high-performance, CS1G standard, and CS1D redundant series, with a program capacity of 10K-250K steps, a DM data area of 64K-448K words, and a maximum control I/O point of 5120 points;

CS1H: High speed processing, LD instruction minimum 0.02 μ s, large equipment, multitasking, complex algorithms;

CS1G: economical, 0.02/0.04 μ s, small and medium-sized complete equipment;

CS1D: CPU/power/communication fully redundant hot standby model, supports online module plugging and replacement, and is suitable for high reliability scenarios in key processes, chemical industries, and power stations.

2. Core performance

Processing: The fastest basic instruction is 0.02 μ s, using parallel processing (program execution+peripheral synchronous operation) to significantly shorten the scanning cycle;

Storage: The CPU has built-in Flash to save programs and parameters without battery, and comes with a standard storage card slot (30MB/64MB CF card), which can solidify programs without the need for a backup battery;

Data area: CIO, WR, HR, DM, EM multi partition, EM can be divided into multiple banks for large capacity expansion;

Task System: Up to 288 tasks (loop+interrupt), supporting I/O interrupts, timed interrupts, and power outage interrupts;

Comes with interface: peripheral port+RS232C serial port, can directly connect to programmer, touch screen, and upper computer.


Power supply unit

Divided into two types: AC input (100-240V) and DC24V input, conventional PA AC type, PD DC type, CS1D redundant power supply;

Output: 5V main control bus (4.6A~9A level), 26V auxiliary power supply;

Partial power supply with RUN passive contact output, used for passive feedback during system operation;

Divided into standard rack power supply and CS1D redundant dedicated power supply, the redundant system can have dual power supply parallel hot standby.


Rack and Expansion System

CPU motherboard: 2/3/5/8/10 slots with various specifications, CS1D dedicated redundant backplane;

extended mode

Normal expansion: A single link can be up to 12m long and can accommodate up to 7 racks;

Long distance expansion: equipped with I/O control/interface units, with a total length of 50m for each dual link, only CS series modules can be installed, and C200H old modules cannot be plugged in;

Compatible with C200H old module expansion backplane (dedicated adapter backplane);

Supporting cables: Multi length I/O connection cables (0.3m~12m), long-distance dedicated 50m level long wires.

Detailed explanation of module classification for the entire series

1. Basic universal I/O unit (switch quantity)

DC input (24V): 16/32/64/96 point high-density models, AC input 16 points (100/220VAC);

Output: Relay (8/16 points), transistor drain/source type, bidirectional thyristor (AC load);

Mixed I/O: 32 in 32 out, 48 in 48 out high-density integrated module;

Special basic modules: interrupt input module, safety relay module (compliant with EN954), pulse capture input.

I/O address: Automatically allocate CIO addresses in the order of rack slots, with special modules occupying dedicated CIO segments.

2. Analog and Process I/O (Process series)

Ordinary analog AD/DA: 4/8 channels, voltage ± 10V, 1-5V, 4-20mA, accuracy ± 0.2% FS;

Isolation type Process I (CS1W-P series): Full channel electrical isolation, including:

Thermocouples (K/J/R/S/T, etc.), platinum resistance Pt100/Ni508 temperature measurement module;

Two wire transmitter with 4-20mA input and millivolt small signal acquisition;

Isolation analog output and pulse counting module; Equipped with wire breakage detection, high and low limit alarm, and engineering quantity scaling.

C200H old-fashioned temperature control module: Two way PID temperature control, supporting thermocouple/thermistor input, relay/voltage/current output.

3. Motion control module

NC pulse positioning module: 1/2/4 axis pulse output (open collector/line drive), trapezoidal/S-shaped acceleration and deceleration, point storage;

MC independent motion unit: 2/4-axis analog closed-loop, G-code programming, electronic cam, electronic gear, interpolation;

MCH71: MECHATROLINK-II bus servo control, single module up to 30 axes, position/speed/torque three closed loop.

4. High speed counting&special collection

CT series: 2/4-channel high-speed counter, up to 500kHz (differential encoder), 32-bit counting, hardware instantaneous output of arrival value;

CTS21: SSI absolute value encoder dedicated module.

5. Communication CPU bus unit (installed in the dedicated slot of the CPU rack)

Ethernet unit: TCP/IP, FINS, FTP, SMTP email alarm, CS1D supports dual network redundancy;

Controller Link: Ohmic fiber/copper LAN, redundant ring network, data link;

DeviceNet master station: fieldbus, remote DRT terminal, frequency converter, temperature control;

6. Circuit control LC board/unit (DCS functional module)

LCB built-in board/LC001 rack module, functional block PID configuration, replacing traditional DCS, supporting cascade, feedforward PID, segmented curve, CX Process software graphic configuration, suitable for chemical and thermal process control.


CS1D redundant control system (high reliability solution)

Architecture: CPU dual machine hot standby, dual power supply, dual communication card optional combination;

Key features: Online hot swappable replacement of I/O/communication/power supply, non-stop maintenance;

Redundant Ethernet/Controller Link: automatically switches to a backup channel when the link is disconnected, and the program does not need to be modified;

Equipped with a dedicated DPL redundant synchronization unit, the main CPU can be switched to standby mode in milliseconds without disturbance.


Software Ecology

CX One suite: CX Programmer (ladder/ST structured programming, IEC61131-3), CX Simulator offline simulation, CX Protocol (protocol macro editing);
