2.2 Complete gearbox selection process

Important usage restrictions and notes
Mp2 emergency stop torque is allowed up to 1000 times throughout the entire life cycle and cannot be used as a regular working torque;
In environments with a temperature greater than 30 ℃, the temperature derating coefficient fT must be used to reduce the allowable torque;
Under pollution-free conditions, the gearbox is free of oil change for life;
Noise: At a distance of 1m, with n1=3000rpm and no load, the noise level is 60-70 dB (A);
Different versions of bearings: HB reinforced tapered roller bearings significantly improve the radial and axial load capacity of the output shaft, suitable for working conditions with large external forces such as pulleys and gears.
