2.1 Definition of Parameter Symbols

Define all the terms used for selection: output shaft radial force R ₂, axial force A ₂, equivalent torque M ₂ EQU, equivalent speed n ₂ EQU, tilt torque M<sub>T2</sub>, cycle coefficient, L ₁₀ h bearing rated life, backlash (standard ϕ<sub>S</sub>/low backlash ϕ<sub>R</sub>), torsional stiffness Ct, efficiency η, moment of inertia J<sub>G</sub>, etc.

2.2 Complete gearbox selection process

The document provides a complete selection process diagram, steps:

Initial estimated reduction ratio i;

Verify the maximum output speed;

Calculate the equivalent output torque M ₂ EQU and equivalent output speed n ₂ EQU;

Query speed coefficient fn;

Verify equivalent torque x fn ≤ rated output torque Mn2 of the reducer;

Take the temperature derating coefficient fT based on the ambient temperature;

3.1 TQ Series - Direct Axis Output Planetary Reducer

Rated output torque: 20~800 Nm; IP65 protection;

Back clearance: Single level standard ≤ 3 ′, low back clearance ≤ 2 ′; Two level standard ≤ 5 ′, low back clearance ≤ 3 ′;

Output format: Optical axis without keyway KL/flat key axis KE;

Bearing options: SB standard bearings; HB reinforced bearings (070-090);

Lubrication: S1 uses ISO VG220 synthetic oil for continuous working conditions; S5 intermittent working condition NLGI 00 lubricating grease; Food grade lubricating oil can choose UH1;

Environmental temperature -20~+30 ℃, maximum allowable temperature of the shell is 90 ℃;

3.3 TQF series - flange output inline planetary gearbox

Back clearance: single-stage standard 5 ', low back clearance 3'; Two level standard 7 ', low back clearance 5';

The flange output has a significantly higher overturning moment capability than TQ/TQK;

The order code consists of multiple segments, in order: series, machine base, reduction stage, speed ratio, backlash level, motor adapter, clamping unit, input shaft aperture, working system, S1/S5 bearing type, output shaft type, lubrication options

Back gap: STD standard back gap/LOW low back gap;

Deceleration levels: 1=single-stage, 2=two-stage, 3=three-stage (only right angle TQK);

Motor adapter: Various servo flanges ranging from 30A to 230A; FM=without motor adapter;

Coupling: CD clamping sleeve;

Work schedule S1 continuous/S5 intermittent;

Bearing SB standard, HB reinforced bearing;

Output axis: KL keyless optical axis; KE flat key axis;

Lubrication: Standard/UH1 food grade synthetic lubricant.


Unified inclusion of information in drawings and data sheets

Each machine base contains two sets of drawings:

Version with motor adapter: Installation dimensions for different servo motor flanges (N1/N2/N3/N4/N5, Lmax maximum total length);

FM without motor adapter version: Bare flange size at the input end of the reducer; Unified fields for performance tables:

Speed ratio i, Mn2 rated output torque, Ma2 acceleration torque, Mp2 emergency stop torque, n1 rated input speed, n1max maximum instantaneous input speed, standard backlash ϕ S, low backlash ϕ R, torsional stiffness Ct, maximum radial force R2max on the output shaft, maximum axial force A2max, efficiency η, and the rotational inertia JG of the reducer corresponding to different motor shaft apertures.


Important usage restrictions and notes

Mp2 emergency stop torque is allowed up to 1000 times throughout the entire life cycle and cannot be used as a regular working torque;

In environments with a temperature greater than 30 ℃, the temperature derating coefficient fT must be used to reduce the allowable torque;

Under pollution-free conditions, the gearbox is free of oil change for life;

Noise: At a distance of 1m, with n1=3000rpm and no load, the noise level is 60-70 dB (A);

Different versions of bearings: HB reinforced tapered roller bearings significantly improve the radial and axial load capacity of the output shaft, suitable for working conditions with large external forces such as pulleys and gears.
