(1) Product Core Overview
The Phoenix ST series spring cage terminal block is the core product of CLIPLINE's entire series, designed specifically for universal spring loaded conductor contacts. Its core advantage is high contact force, which can achieve anti vibration, airtight, and long-term stable conductor connections, solving the risk of loosening in traditional wiring. The product adopts a compact front connection design, and the connection point can be opened with a standard screwdriver. The conductor automatically contacts after insertion, making it easy to operate; Supports all types of copper conductors with specifications ranging from 0.08-35mm ², can be clamped without pre-processing, and has a large wiring space. The nominal cross-sectional wires can be adapted with wireless noses.
The terminal block is designed to save space as a whole, with conductors entering from the top and compatible with DIN rail installations such as NS 35/7.5 and NS 15, making it suitable for control systems with limited space; Equipped with clear surface markings, each wiring point can be individually identified to improve installation efficiency and reliability; The insulation material is PA, which meets the UL 94 V0 flame retardant rating. The electrical performance complies with the IEC 60947-7-1/7-2/7-3 international standard. Some models have obtained ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof certifications such as KEMA and PTB, and can be used in explosion-proof scenarios.

Based on 7 major specifications, the ST series has derived 12 types of functional terminals, covering the full scenario requirements from basic wiring to specialized functions. The core functions of each type are as follows:
Basic terminals: including straight through, multi conductor (2/3/4 core), multi-layer (2/3/4 layer), and grounding terminals, which are the basic models of various specifications, realizing the straight through, tap off, and grounding of conductors. The grounding terminals are green and yellow in color, in compliance with international standards;
Isolation switch terminals: including isolation switch and knife shaped isolation switch terminals, can easily disconnect circuits, with testing interfaces on both sides of the disconnection point, supports current measurement, and the disconnection handle can be locked in the extreme position for safe operation;
Diode/fuse terminal: The diode terminal is compatible with diodes such as 1N4007 (0.5A/1300V) and 1N5408 (1.5A/1000V) to achieve unidirectional conduction in the circuit; The fuse terminals are compatible with 5 × 20, 6.3 × 32mm fuse cores and C-type flat fuses, some with LED fault indication, and have a maximum rated current of 10A;
Specialized industrial terminals: The starter/actuator terminals (STIO series) are designed with 3/4 cores, suitable for industrial sensor/actuator wiring, and come with 30A power terminals; The installation terminal (STI series) supports dielectric testing with neutral wire continuously open, and requires supporting brackets to fix the busbar;
Desktop terminal (STS series): adopting a bent angle design to minimize the bending radius of the wire, suitable for wiring racks instead of traditional trunking, with a universal disconnect area, and can be adapted to various types of plugs;
Hybrid terminal (STU series): one side is connected by a spring cage and the other side is connected by screws, which meets the internal and external wiring requirements of the equipment, and the compact design saves space;
Test type terminals: Test isolation switch terminals (STME series) with 6 universal functional axes, supporting potential distribution and testing, and can be used to build transformer circuits; The sliding wire test terminal (SGSK/SRTK series) is designed specifically for the secondary circuit of current transformers, and only 2 are needed to build the measurement circuit, saving space.

Bridge type accessories: including equal diameter bridge (optional for positions 2-50), variable diameter bridge (can connect terminals with different nominal cross-sections, such as ST10+ST2.5/4), and jumper bridge (can lay two potentials in parallel), with bridging current ranging from 24A-57A depending on terminal specifications;
Test accessories: including 2.3mm diameter test plug, 4mm test adapter, modular test plug, all measurement/testing work can be quickly completed; Some terminals come with a universal plug-in area, which can be adapted to P-FIX isolation connectors, P-DI isolation plugs, etc;
