Product Core Concept

Product selection logic: Depending on industry applications and project complexity, different sizes of operation panels, control panels, and mobile terminals can be selected; We mainly promote a dual/multi CPU separated architecture, where visualization, logic control, and motion control are independent of each other, suitable for smart factories and Industry 4.0 requirements, avoiding single CPU performance bottlenecks. The system can be flexibly expanded, and the cost is close to that of a single CPU solution.

Product line positioning

Multi touch panel: high-end models adopt projection capacitor PCT touch;

ETV integrated control panel: CPU+HMI integrated machine, suitable for medium complexity projects, economical solution;

Mobile terminal: supports wired/wireless handheld on-site operation;

General features: All products support OPC UA, which can be used as a server/client to exchange data with third-party upper computers; Most hardware is fanless and maintenance free; The highest protection level can reach IP65; Use LASAL unified software development platform.

Main hardware product series

1. Multi touch operation panel (PCT projection capacitive touch)

Divided into two main branches: 4:3 traditional ratio and widescreen modular ETT/CAE series: 1) 4:3 ETT multi touch series

Processor: EDGE2 dual core ARM processor, fanless; 512MB RAM and 512MB SD card for storing recipe alarm logs;

Size: 8.4-19 inches; IP65 protection;

Features: Supports multi-point operation with thin gloves; Support customizable backlight LOGO, which can change color and flash when an alarm is triggered; The backplane can be equipped with SIB061 safety input module; Comes with 8 digital IO channels; interfaces include dual Ethernet CAN、USB2.0、USB‑OTG。 2) Modular widescreen series (ETT/TAE)

ETT: Comes with CPU; TAE: HMI Link Remote Display Unit without Processor

Screen specifications: 10.1/12.1/15.6/18.5/21.5 inch widescreen, with a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 full HD, and can be installed both horizontally and vertically;

Two CPU configurations: EDGE2 ARM dual core or Intel Celeron J4005 x86 processor;

HMI Link remote technology: Through Cat5e/Cat6 Ethernet cables, lossless transmission of video up to 100 meters away USB、 sound signal; The TAE panel itself does not include a processor, and the calculations are completed inside the control cabinet. The panel only displays information, and the CPU of the control cabinet can be directly upgraded in the future without the need to replace the screen.

2. Single point (resistive) touch control panel

The size covers a 3.5-19 inch 4:3 screen;

Optional interfaces include Ethernet CAN、USB、HMI‑Link、RS232； Some models are equipped with EDGE2 processors;

Suitable for special industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, supporting customized front panel films and other special needs.

3. ETV integrated control panel (onboard CPU integrated machine)

Integrate PLC control and HMI visualization on the same device; EDGE processor 800MHz;

Specifications: 5.7, 8.4, 12.1 inch resistive screens; Comes with 8-in and 8-out switch IO; supports VARAN real-time Ethernet CAN、 Ethernet and USB interfaces;

Positioning: For small and medium-sized projects, reducing the number of hardware components, a set of LASAL software can simultaneously handle control logic and human-machine interface.

4. Mobile handheld terminal (on-site operation)

Divided into wired (HBG, HGT) and wireless (HGW1033)

HBG: HDMI Link wired, maximum transmission distance of 100 meters, no onboard CPU;

HGT: equipped with EDGE2 processor, local computing;

HGW1033 wireless model: 10.1-inch multi touch, EDGE2 dual core, built-in battery, the whole machine only weighs 1350g; secure data supports wireless transmission;

General security configuration: All mobile terminals come standard with a three-level confirmation button, emergency stop button, and key switch; Ergonomic can be operated with both hands; Optional front-end rotary encoder; Protection IP54.

LASAL SCREEN&LASAL VISUDesigner configuration tools

LASAL is a complete automation unified development platform that uses object-oriented programming to handle both PLC logic and human-machine visualization;

LASAL SCREEN: Traditional HMI screen editor;

LASAL VISUDesigner: Based on HTML5/CSS3/JS web technology, hardware independent, supports SVG vector graphics;

Built in features: Rich graphics library, alarm event management, trend curve, recipe management, multilingual Unicode support, direct access to controller variables without requiring a deep programming foundation.

The supporting component Machine Manager is used for distributed multi CPU projects, managing horizontal and vertical data streams, and completing data interaction between multiple devices and upper level systems.
