Function description of all connectors on the panel
The whole machine has 11 sets of interfaces, divided into five categories: bus, servo drive, mechanical IO, brake, and power emergency stop:
Number Interface Name Specification Core Purpose
1/3/6/9 CM1/CM2/CM3/CM4 26Pin D-Sub 4-axis servo/stepper universal drive main interface, carrying pulse, encoder, servo enable, alarm, braking, emergency stop, reset full servo signals, compatible with multiple brands of servo dedicated cables
2/4/7/10 IOIF1~IOIF4 9-pin pin pin layout with independent mechanical limit, origin, multiple general-purpose GPIO, drive reset, 24V isolated power supply, isolated ground for each axis
5 CN3 8Pin 4-axis brake differential signal dedicated interface (BRAKE ± 1~4)
8 CN1 100Pin SCSI motherboard bus, one-to-one cable connected to motion control card, transmitting all 4-axis motion commands and feedback signals
11 CN2 power emergency stop terminal, 24V isolated power supply input for the whole machine+global emergency stop EMG signal input
Detailed definition of all interface pins
1. CN1 (100Pin SCSI bus, 4-axis complete motion signal)
The four axis signals are completely symmetrical, and the single axis includes:
Differential pulse OUT ±, differential direction DIR ± (output from control card to driver)
Servo enable SVON, alarm clear ERC, position in place INP, servo ready RDY (bidirectional servo interaction)
Differential encoders EA+/EA -, EB+/EB -, EZ+/EZ - (drive encoder feedback control card)
Hard limit PEL positive limit, MEL negative limit, origin ORG, two-way universal GPOA/GPIOB
Onboard isolation IGND, digital 5V reserved, external 24V power pin I24V
2. CM1~CM4 (26Pin universal servo shaft port, single axis unified pin definition)
Each axis integrates a complete set of servo interaction signals:
Output signals: SVON enable, ERC alarm clear, OUT ± pulse, DIR ± direction, RST drive reset, BRAKE ± brake, global EMG emergency stop
Input signals: INP in place, RDY ready, ALM alarm, EA/EB/EZ three-phase differential encoder
Supporting: 24V isolated power supply I24V, isolated ground IGND, compatible with various brands of servo standard pulse interface cables
3. IOIF1~IOIF4 (9-pin mechanical IO sub interface)
Independent external sensor terminals for each axis:
I24V isolated power supply, MEL negative limit, ORG origin, PEL positive limit, two-way GPIO, drive reset RST, all signals are equipped with independent IGND isolation ground, and external limit/origin photoelectric switches.
4. CN3 (8Pin brake dedicated port)
Four way differential brake signals: BRAKE1 ±, BRAKE2 ±, BRAKE3 ± BRAKE4, Independent lead out, no need to occupy the main interface pins of CM, convenient for separate wiring of motor brake.
5. CN2 (Power&Global Emergency Stop)
Pin 1/3: IGND isolated ground; Pin 2: Global EMG emergency stop input; Pin 4: External+24V power input, providing power for the isolated IO and servo circuits of the entire board.

Hardware internal circuit description (optoelectronic isolation architecture)
The document provides three types of core signal internal optocoupler schematics:
Input DI circuit (PEL/MEL/ORG/ALM/INP, etc.): Onboard optoelectronic isolation, external sensor series current limiting resistor RL, supports NPC/PNP collector open circuit input, DICOM common ground isolation;
Output DO circuit (SVON/pulse/direction/reset): transistor optocoupler isolated output, DOCOM as output common terminal, driving servo enable and pulse command;
Differential encoder, differential pulse signal: Fully differential isolated wiring, suppresses electromagnetic interference from long cables, and is suitable for long-distance wiring in industrial control cabinets.
Mechanical dimensions (in millimeters)
Overall appearance: length 146mm, width 85mm, installation bottom width 143mm;
Thickness 44.56mm, guide rail buckle height 28.26mm;
Standard DIN rail buckle design, can be directly clamped onto the 35mm rail of the electrical cabinet;
Core features of the product
Multi brand universal compatibility: CM26Pin universal interface, matched with single-sided open cable, supports mainstream pulse servo and stepper drive from Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Panasonic, and Delta, without the need to replace terminal boards to adapt to different brands of equipment;
4-axis independent complete signal: Each axis is separated by CM servo port and IOIF limit port, and the brake signal is independently led out by CN3, with clear wiring zoning;
Fully isolated design: All external IO and servo signals are isolated by optocouplers, with built-in independent IGND isolation ground to eliminate ground loops and industrial electromagnetic interference;
Global emergency stop circuit: CN2 unified EMG input, four servo shared emergency stop signals, centralized management of safety circuits;
Integrated: Pulse, direction, encoder, limit, origin, brake, and universal IO are all integrated into a single terminal block, eliminating the need for a distribution adapter board.
Horizontal differentiation of terminal boards in the same series (DIN812M/DIN814Y/DIN814-GP)
DIN-812M: 2-axis dedicated, only compatible with PCI-8132, Mitsubishi J2S exclusive, no universal servo interface;
DIN-814Y: 4-axis dedicated, only compatible with Yaskawa servo, dedicated CNIF Yaskawa interface, not compatible with other brands;
DIN-814-GP: Universal 4-axis, compatible with PCI-8134/64/54/58 multi model sports cards, CM universal interface compatible with all mainstream servo brands, with the strongest versatility.
