Channel and output mode
Normal mode: 8 independent SMU channels; Output voltage range -10V~+20V; The maximum power for a single channel is 2W, and the total power for the entire machine's 8 channels is 16W.
Cascade cascade mode: channels are merged into 4 high-performance channels in pairs; The output voltage is expanded to ± 30V; the maximum for a single channel is 3W, and the maximum for a total of 4 channels is 12W.
Current range: 9-level range: 100 mA, 10 mA, 2 mA, 200 μ A, 40 μ A, 5 μ A, 1 μ A, 100 nA; 10 μ A range only supports measurement and cannot source.
High voltage measurement capability: With a range of 10 μ A, it can measure ± 100V voltage (only for measurement, not for source), enabled by hardware pin En_100V.

CN1 62 pin D-Sub pin definition
Complete signal for each channel: Output HI (source output positive), Output LO (source output negative), Sense HI remote detection positive, Sense LO remote detection negative, Guard shield driver. Special control pins:
En_100V: ± 100V measurement enable input;
En_100V Source: 100V enable output, short circuit En_100V to enable 100V measurement;
Cal-HI/Cal_LO/Cal_SNSE-HI/Cal_SNSE_LO: only used for external calibration, suspended for normal use;
AGND: Simulated Ground; NC: Empty feet.
Hardware Installation (Getting Started)
Static sensitive device, full anti-static wristband+anti-static pad.
Open the box and inspect the appearance, do not install damaged modules;
Turn off the power supply of the PXIe chassis and keep the power cord connected for grounding;
Check that the pins of the chassis backplane slot are not bent; Insert the module into the PXIe/PXIe hybrid peripheral slot;
Tighten the pop-up handle and tighten the panel screws; No slot is used to install the blocking plate, ensuring heat dissipation and EMC performance.
