6U sized CompactPCI card, compatible with PICMG 2.0 Rev 2.1 32-bit CPCI bus, supports hot plugging and maintenance free; A single card controls an 8-axis motor, and a single system can install up to 6 cards, controlling a total of 48 axes.

On board dedicated motion ASIC chip for trajectory planning; Equipped with an independent HSL high-speed remote I/O network (RJ45 interface), a single card can simultaneously complete centralized multi axis motion control and distributed remote IO acquisition, simplifying the wiring of the entire machine.

3. Encoder feedback positioning
Each axis is equipped with an independent 28 bit up and down counter, supporting differential incremental encoders (EA/EB/EZ index signals), with a maximum frequency of 6.55MHz for fourth harmonic input and a positioning range of ± 134217728 pulses. Mechanical transmission errors are corrected through encoder closed-loop correction; Each axis is equipped with 5 built-in position comparators.
