Complete Hardware Installation Guide
1. Install universal anti-static specifications before installation
Before operation, unplug the power cord, wear an anti-static wristband/touch the metal chassis to release static electricity;
Pinch only the edges of the accessories to avoid touching the chip;
The standby LED (SB_SWR1) on the motherboard is always on, indicating that it is still powered on. Hardware insertion and removal are prohibited.
2. Installation of motherboard and chassis
Standard ATX hole, 11 fixing screws, I/O baffle facing towards the back of the chassis, screws should not be too tight to damage the PCB.
3. LGA775 CPU installation steps
Lift up the pressure rod and pressure plate, and remove the protective cover (the protective cover must be retained for RMA repair);
Align the CPU triangle mark with the socket positioning slot and prohibit hard pressing;
3. Buckle the pressure plate and clamp the pressure rod;
4 sets of downward pressure heat sinks are fixed diagonally, and the 4pin fan is connected to the CPU_SAN pin;
Hyper threading is only supported in XP/new versions of Linux, and other system BIOS should turn off HT to ensure stability.
4. Disassembly and assembly of DDR2 memory
Open the buckles at both ends of the slot outward, align the memory gap with the slot position, and press down vertically. The buckles will automatically lock in place; When disassembling, both hands simultaneously release the buckle, and the memory will automatically pop up.
5. General process for installing expansion cards
Turn off the power and remove the chassis cover. Align the card with the slot and press it vertically to fix it, then tighten the screws; BIOS allocation corresponds to IRQ interrupts, and the document includes a shared allocation table for IRQ across all devices to avoid PCI/ISA interrupt conflicts.
6. Onboard jumper function (2 sets of core jumpers)
CLRTC1 (Clear CMOS)
Power off and remove the motherboard battery. Short circuit the jumper cap 1-2 (default) → 2-3 for 5-10 seconds to restore the BIOS to factory settings. After completing the operation, restore the jumper and reinstall the battery.
KBPWR1 (keyboard power on)
Default 2-3 connected to 5VSB (supports keyboard startup); 1-2 is directly connected to 5V, disable keyboard wake-up function.

Supporting safety and supplementary instructions
Electrical safety: When replacing peripherals, the power cord must be unplugged. Poor quality sockets/extension cords are prohibited, and self disassembly is prohibited if the power supply is damaged;
Usage environment: dustproof and moisture-proof, avoid high temperature and metal debris short circuiting the motherboard;
3. Electromagnetic compatibility: The monitor must be shielded from cables, and unauthorized modifications will result in the cancellation of the device's usage license;
Hardware limitations: ISA has no DMA resources, multiple PCI cards are prone to IRQ sharing conflicts, and industrial equipment prioritizes staggered interrupts;
Version revision explanation: The original version of V1.00 was labeled PCIe x16, and V1.01 has been corrected to an SDVO dedicated display slot without a dedicated graphics card PCIe slot.
