2-channel scalable analog reference input (differential, -10~+10V, 1-channel can be set to 0/4~20mA);

2-channel adjustable scaling analog output (-10~+10V);

Incremental encoder input, motor PTC connection (for alarm/shutdown).

Diagnosis and monitoring: equipped with comprehensive testing and diagnostic functions, including event logs and fault logs with time information; Paired with PC driver software, oscilloscope function can be achieved, while recording 4 analog channels and 8 digital channels, with a sampling time of 1 ms.

Design: Snap on installation, intelligent type, 2-line LCD plaintext display, supports multiple languages, equipped with 4 run/stop/potentiometer keys, 4 parameter adjustment/status viewing cursor keys;

Function: It can save and copy parameter sets to other MV1000 devices, display operation status through LED indicator lights, and have a clear menu structure.

Reactor/Filter/Magnetic Ring

Power reactor: reduces harmonic content, limits grid feedback effect (in accordance with EN 50178), and is essential for operation;

Ferrite magnetic ring: installed at the output end of the frequency converter to reduce high-frequency radiation interference of the motor cable;

Motor reactor/filter: The motor filter limits the rise rate of the inverter output voltage (<1000V/μ s), protects the motor insulation, and is recommended for old motors; Motor reactors are suitable for shielded cables over 100m or multi motor group drives.
