General Basic Information (General Theory, Selection, Installation and Operation of the Whole Book)1. Company Introduction

2. Definition of symbols and units

Define the complete set of selection calculation symbols: output torque Mn2/Mr2/Mc2, input/output speed n1/n2, speed ratio i, power, moment of inertia Jc/Jm, radial load Rc, axial load Ac, service coefficient fs, and define the meaning of chart markings (weight markings, size page index, price coding markings).

3. Core parameter definition and calculation formula

Output torque Mn2: Continuous working conditions allow the transmission of output torque, with a safety factor of S=1;

Required torque Mr2: The actual torque required by the equipment;

Calculate the torque Mc2=Mr2 × fs, and the selection must meet the requirement of Mc2 ≤ Mn2;

Power and efficiency: distinguish between dynamic efficiency η D (normal operation) and static efficiency η S (starting, focus on worm gear and worm gear);

Speed ratio: (i=n1/n2 );

Service coefficient fs: used to compensate for shocks, start stop frequency, and daily operating hours.

Introduce the mass acceleration coefficient K: (K=J-c/Jm );

K1 uniform load K ≤ 0.25; K2 moderate impact 0.25<K ≤ 3; K3 strong impact 3<K ≤ 10; K> 10 needs to consult the technical department.

Intermittent working system: Load time ratio (I= frac {t_f} {t_f+t_r} × 100 % ), S2-S8 non continuous working conditions, power needs to be amplified.

4. Lubrication and maintenance

It is recommended to change the oil after approximately 300 hours of initial operation, and it is prohibited to mix mineral oil with synthetic oil;

Provide oil change intervals corresponding to different oil temperatures.

5. Complete selection process

Collect equipment operating condition tables (output torque, speed, radial/axial load, start stop frequency, ambient temperature, altitude, working system, etc.), which can be directly filled out in the sample appendix form and sent to Bangfeili technical support;

First determine the service coefficient fs; calculate the torque Mc2;

Determine the speed ratio i based on the output speed, and match the rated torque Mn2 ≥ Mc2 of the gearbox;

After selection, three key verifications must be reviewed: ① Thermal power verification: the thermal allowable power of the reducer is greater than or equal to the actual power of the equipment, which does not meet the requirements of selecting larger specifications or forced cooling; ② Peak torque: The instantaneous maximum impact cannot exceed 200% Mn2; The high and low speed switching of bipolar variable pole motors will generate huge impact torque, which needs to be limited; ③ Radial load and axial load verification;

Axial allowable empirical formulas: An1=0.2 × Rn1, An2=0.2 × Rn2, over limit contact technique.

6. Installation, storage, and supply conditions

Installation points: The installation base must be stable and anti vibration; It is recommended to configure hydraulic couplings and torque limiters for impact/stall conditions; Tolerance requirements for assembly shaft end parts ISO H7; Hollow shaft fit tolerance G7/h6; Confirm that the oil level plug matches the actual installation posture before installation.

Storage regulations: Outdoor storage is prohibited; >Rust prevention is required for 60 day storage; >After 6 months of storage, it is necessary to replenish oil and grease. For models with oil, the breathing plug should be facing upwards.

Factory supply status: pre assembled according to the order installation posture, factory tested; Non matching surfaces are not painted; Plastic protective cap on the shaft end; Add lubricating oil as required; The lifting ring only corresponds to some large-sized models.

A-series Spiral Cone Gear Reducer Special Topic

The A series is a modular right angle orthogonal axis spiral bevel gearbox, with two-stage (suffix -02) and three-stage (suffix -03/-04) reduction, model A102、A202、A203、A302、A303、A412、A413、A502、A503、A504、A602、A603、A604、A703、A704、A803、A804、A903、A904。

1. Structural characteristics

Modular structure, compact, multiple installation methods;

Gear: carburizing and quenching alloy steel;

Shell: A10-A30 are aluminum alloy shells; Larger specifications include high-strength cast iron shells;

The input and output shafts are made of high-strength steel;

Modular interface, supporting two solutions: ① equipped with Mxx series compact motors of this series; ② External standard IEC motor (via adapter flange).

3. Model Naming and Options

Gearbox options

AL/AR: Reversing device (one-way anti reverse device), limited rotation direction, ordering requires specifying the direction of rotation; Some small specifications can only be matched with the integrated motor version;

SO: Does not come with lubricating oil when leaving the factory;

DV: Dual oil seal for high-speed shaft; VV high-speed shaft Viton fluororubber oil seal; Upgrade all PV oil seals to Viton.

Motor options (M-series integrated motor)

Brake FD DC brake/FA AC brake;

Manually release the lever at different angles AA/AC/AD;

Thermal protection: bimetallic switch, thermistor E3/E6;

4. Lubrication system

A102-A303: Factory lifetime synthetic oil maintenance free lubrication;

A41 and above specifications: Factory without oil, users can add oil according to the actual installation posture;

The sample provides the screw plug position (refueling/draining/oil level) and corresponding lubricating oil filling liters for all models in 7 installation positions (B3/B6/B7/B8/VA/VB).

5. Installation posture

7 standard installation positions B3, B6, B7, B8, VA, VB, with junction box orientation definitions; The angle of the manual release wrench with brake motor can be specified for ordering.

6. Load calculation

Radial load: Provide a calculation formula, and the sample table value is the rated radial force at the midpoint of the shaft extension. If the load application point deviates from the midpoint, the allowable radial load should be converted.

Axial load: The maximum allowable axial load is taken as 20% of the corresponding radial load of the shaft; Ultra poor contact technology.

7. Rotation direction and backstop

Provide a chart showing the input-output steering relationship between the second and third stage reducers; The backstop AL/AR can only rotate in one direction, and the order must specify the steering direction, default AR.
