Core positioning: As the core arc extinguishing component of high-voltage switchgear, it is designed specifically for circuit on/off, overload protection, and short-circuit fault cut-off. It is suitable for medium low voltage to medium high voltage (12kV~72.5kV) distribution systems and is an environmentally friendly solution to replace SF6 gas arc extinguishing;

Technical principle: Utilizing a vacuum environment (pressure<10 ⁻⁴ Pa) to achieve rapid arc extinguishing, low arc energy, short arc extinguishing time, no greenhouse gas or toxic gas emissions, in line with global environmental trends;

Core strengths

Environmental safety: No harmful gases such as SF6, low noise, no arcing, and no oxidation or corrosion of contacts (isolated from the atmosphere in a vacuum environment);

High reliability: Hard contact materials reduce the risk of adhesion, solid insulation improves external dielectric performance, and contact resistance is less than 8 μ Ω~25 μ Ω (depending on the model);

Flexible adaptation: Modular design, uniform product size for different currents/breaking capabilities at the same voltage level, supporting "plug and play" upgrades;
