HONEYWELL Expert PKS C300 Controller

The Honeywell ExperionPKS C300 controller is an industrial process controller based on the Control Execution Environment (CEE), with two core configurations: 50ms CEE (general scenario) and 20ms CEE (turbo control only). It supports redundant deployment, adapts to FTE control networks (100Mbit/sec transmission rate), supports up to 96 nodes (with expanders), has 14852 MU user memory, up to 4095 tag blocks, communication performance supports up to 2500 PPS parameter access rate, I/O adaptation Series C/PM IO modules, engineering tools support 12 concurrent clients, and is widely used in process control and equipment monitoring in the process industry. The core meets the requirements of high reliability and flexible scalability.

Non redundant: One C300 is connected to the CF9 firewall through FTE and connected to the L1 FTE network;

Redundancy: Two C300 are configured as redundant pairs, with device indices of consecutive odd and even numbers (such as n and n+1), connected via Ethernet STP cables, and synchronized for ≤ 240 seconds.
