L6 series product positioning and application scenarios

L6 is specially developed for electric construction machinery vehicles, suitable for various types of electric construction vehicles ranging from 0.4 to 10 tons:

Electric balance weight forklifts, electric tractors, high-altitude boom trucks, concrete mixer trucks, loaders, scissor lift platforms, warehousing and logistics vehicles, golf carts, sightseeing vehicles, sanitation vehicles, electric lawn mowers, stackers, patrol vehicles, elderly electric scooters, etc.

It can be used for both medium speed pump driven hydraulic systems and high-speed walking electric drive systems.

Power supply: Supports lead-acid and lithium batteries; DC voltage 24V-600Vdc; The maximum peak power is 110 kW.

Protection level: IP65 for most models; The L640/L650 high-power models achieve IP67 and are suitable for harsh industrial environments with severe temperature fluctuations.

A complete set of electronic control solutions can be delivered, including vehicle instruments, controllers, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and other complete solutions.

CAN2 (Vehicle Isolation CAN): Customizable vehicle communication protocol for replacing existing drivers for customers.

3. Control algorithm performance

Using vector control algorithm, specialized algorithm optimization is carried out for asynchronous/synchronous motor high, medium, and low speeds, forklift steep slope descent, dual drive differential, high-altitude vehicle braking control, four-wheel drive climbing, acceleration and deceleration synchronization, and other working conditions.

Output frequency: 0-300 Hz; peak operating current: 200-600A.

4. Vehicle safety and driving comfort

Built in dual drive differential control and steering speed limit, even without a VCU vehicle controller, dual motor steering electronic differential can be achieved;

Equipped with hill descent control, anti slip, and intelligent throttle functions, it enhances the active safety and driving experience of the vehicle;

Braking/reverse energy feedback control, recovers energy, and extends range.

5. Improve protection functions

Basic protection: undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, output short circuit;

Alarm shutdown: Drive overheating, motor overheating, overload, encoder disconnection;

Battery reverse connection protection, power cord/encoder disconnection detection; Comprehensively protect the driver, motor, and vehicle electronic control system.
