Industry status: DAGE4000 is the industry benchmark model for traditional and new microelectronic bonding testing. It can be customized as an entry-level economy or specialized testing version according to needs, ensuring testing accuracy and repeatability while simplifying configuration.
Humanized control: The whole machine is designed according to ergonomics, optimizing the height of the workbench, the line of sight of the light path, the position of the handrails and buttons, and preventing repetitive strain injuries (RSI) for operators; The software can store personalized configurations for operators (left and right joystick, button preferences, microscope point parameters), and the parameters can be migrated to devices of the same model for quick machine replacement and debugging.
Multi scenario model customization solution
Based on modular structure, three special configurations can be made:
Special lead tension type: eliminates the pneumatic frame and XY worktable, and is equipped with a simple fixture. It only performs Z-direction lead tension testing, with a maximum measuring force of 10kg and convenient lead clamping.
LED specific models: equipped with customized fixtures, suitable for specialized bonding testing of LED components.
Universal Standard Edition: Equipped with a complete set of hardware, compatible with multiple types of testing for all categories of microelectronic devices.
Core hardware: Quick release intelligent load sensor module
1. Quick change structure
The intelligent payload module is equipped with a built-in chip that stores serial numbers and calibration data; No tools required, module replacement can be completed within 30 seconds, and the machine can keep 2 spare modules on standby; When the module is removed, the protective device is automatically triggered to protect the force sensor and probe.
The tension hook can also be quickly disassembled without tools, supporting automatic alignment of the hook and measurement of lead arc height.
2. Range and force measurement technology
A single load module is equipped with 10 software selectable ranges, with 4 preset ranges at the factory. The remaining 6 ranges can be programmed and customized as needed, and the minimum range can be reduced to 5% of the full range (FSD);
The entire series of modules are equipped with the Noxin frictionless force measurement system, which achieves high-precision micro force detection for small loads and fine pitch bonding, with stable measurement and low maintenance costs.
Support all category bonding testing projects
The device software is compatible with various mainstream microelectronic testing processes, including cold bump tension, cavity solder ball shear, vector pin tension, BGA/CSP multi zone shear, gold ball shear, lead tension, chip shear, stud tension, flip chip tension, etc. It corresponds to international industry testing standards such as JEDEC, MIL, ASTM, JEITA, etc.

Accuracy, repeatability, and calibration capability
1. Testing accuracy indicators
Accuracy of overall force measurement: The selected range has a full-scale error of ± 0.25%; The load module has been certified by UKAS in the UK, with an accuracy/repeatability of up to 0.01% (100ppm);
The Z-axis welding ball shear positioning has a full stroke of ± 10 μ m and a stroke of ± 2 μ m within 2mm. The Z-axis positioning of the entire machine has been verified by laser to be ± 1 μ m;
XY worktable (50mm stroke): positioning accuracy ± 10 μ m, repeatability ± 5 μ m, resolution<1 μ m; The Z-axis resolution is 0.125 μ m.
2. Calibration function
Support fully automatic planar calibration, which can automatically complete load module calibration and linear verification through national standard traceability weights. Calibration data is stored in the module and can be printed; Supports weight free self inspection, and the matching calibration fixture can be used for equipment GR&R measurement system analysis. The load module automatically alarms if it exceeds the calibration tolerance.
