Key questions and answers
Question 1: What is the I/O expansion capability and maximum configuration of CPM2C PLC?
Answer: The CPM2C CPU unit can connect up to 5 expansion I/O/expansion units, with single machine I/O available in three specifications: 10/20/32 points; When paired with a 32 point CPU unit and 5 32 point expansion units, a maximum of 192 I/O points (96 inputs and 96 outputs) can be achieved.
Question 2: What are the three working modes of CPM2C and what are their usage scenarios?
answer:
Program mode: used for program writing, modification, parameter setting, memory clearing, without executing the program, and is the basic mode for programming and debugging;
MONITOR mode: The program runs normally and can monitor online, force IO, modify parameters, and be used for on-site debugging and troubleshooting;
RUN mode: The program runs at full speed, only supports status monitoring, prohibits any modification operations, and is used for the official operation of the device.
Question 3: What are the core safety points for wiring and installation of CPM2C?
answer:
Grounding: The grounding resistance of the power unit must be * * ≤ 100 Ω * * to prevent electric shock and interference;
Live taboos: It is strictly prohibited to disassemble units, connect wires, or replace batteries when powered on;
Environment: Installed in a position with 0~55 ℃, no dust corrosion, no strong vibration, and horizontally mounted on DIN rails;
Output protection: Inductive loads must be connected in parallel with surge absorbing devices to prevent damage to the output module;
Terminal tightening: The torque of the power terminal is 0.74-0.9N · m to avoid loosening and burning.
