Question 1: How many sets of detection tasks can the ZFX controller support at most? How many tests can a single image perform? What core detection types are supported?

Answer: The controller supports 32 banks, each of which can store 32 tests; A single image can perform up to 32 detections. The supported detection types include shape matching, area measurement, edge position/width/count, brightness detection, color (HUE), defect detection, and position correction.

Question 2: What is the core difference between ZFX integrated camera and split camera? What are the protection levels?

Integrated camera (SR/SC): Built in lens+LED light source, ready to use, protection level IP65, W model up to IP67 waterproof.

Split camera (S/SC): No lens or light source, requires external CCTV lens and light source, higher flexibility, protection level IP20.

Question 3: How long can the ZFX camera cable be extended to? What is the total length limit of the cable between the controller and the camera?

Answer: The camera extension cable can connect up to 2 wires in series, and the total length from the controller to the camera cannot exceed 19m.
