1. Basic product information

Power supply: Single power supply 24-75VDC input

Output: 0.625-5A RMS per phase, peak value of 7.1A in subdivision mode

Volume: 5 "x 1.5" x 4.3 ", occupying only 7.5 square inches of installation area

2. Core Technology and Performance

Chopper drive technology

Patent four phase bipolar chopper, PWM frequency 20kHz, small current ripple, strong back electromotive force suppression, low heat generation, and low noise.

Digital electronic damping

Patent Digital Electronic Damping ™， Suppress medium speed oscillations and output full torque across all speed ranges, which can be enabled/disabled through DIP switches.

Subdivision control

Supports decimal/binary subdivision, with a maximum of 50000/51200 steps per revolution for 1.8 ° motors; Automatically switch to full step when the speed is greater than 150RPM.

Idle flow reduction

After the no step command of 0.05/0.1/1.0 seconds, the current will automatically decrease by 50% to reduce motor heating. Upon receiving the step command, the full current will be restored immediately.

Input filtering

Optional step input filter, suppresses interference, and reduces the maximum step frequency to 500kHz when enabled (2MHz when disabled).

4. Configuration method (DIP switch+jumper)

Phase current setting: 3-digit DIP switch, 0.625-5A RMS adjustable in 0.625A steps.

Subdivision settings: DIP switch+DEC jumper, switch between decimal/binary subdivision.

Damping control: SW1-4, CLOSED=disabled, OPEN=enabled.

Idle delay: IDLE-T jumper+SW1-5, optional 0.05/0.1/1.0 seconds.

Step frequency limit: STEP BW jumper, IN=500kHz，OUT=2MHz。

5. Protection and authentication

Protection: phase to phase short circuit, relative to ground short circuit, internal power undervoltage, bus overvoltage (83VDC); After the malfunction, the power supply needs to be restarted and reset.

Certification: UL 508C (Type R), CSA C22.2 # 142-M1987, IEC 68-2-6 vibration standard.
