Product positioning: San Ace 40WF, 60WF, 80WF, 92WF (9WFA type) four oil proof fans, the core of which meets the high-efficiency cooling needs in oil mist environments and maintains installation compatibility with existing models.

Oil resistant coatings are used to protect electrical components (windings, circuits) against oil; Widening the gap between the blade tip and the frame to prevent the accumulation of oil dust from causing the fan to lock up

Installation compatible with external dimensions, installation hole size consistent with existing models, can be replaced without changing the installation structure

The performance upgrade improves air volume and static pressure compared to the previous generation model, while the 80WF model maintains its performance advantage with a thickness of only 20mm (5mm thinner than the previous generation)

Example: The San Ace 80WF model improves performance by reconstructing the shape of the impeller and frame while reducing the thickness by 5mm.

Motor and Circuit:

Optimize the stator shape and adopt a more efficient motor core than the previous generation;

Revise circuit components to achieve a balance between low power consumption and high speed;

Advantage: Under the same maximum airflow, the power consumption of the new model is reduced by 25% compared to the previous generation (such as the San Ace 80WF model dropping from 3.84W to 2.85W).
