Overall architecture of product family

Alstom ALSPA series transmission products are full scenario industrial transmission solutions launched in 2000-2001, covering four core categories: low-voltage AC, medium voltage AC, DC transmission, and soft starter. The power span ranges from 0.25kW to 50MW+, and the voltage is compatible with 220V-10kV multi-level power grids. They are compatible with various loads such as asynchronous motors and synchronous motors, and are widely used in industrial fields and service industries such as petroleum, chemical, cement, metallurgy, water treatment, and transportation. The product has the core advantages of high dynamic response, low harmonic pollution, and efficient energy utilization, and is equipped with comprehensive full life cycle services, including 24-hour telephone hotlines, emergency fault calls, remote diagnosis, maintenance contracts, spare parts supply, technical training, etc.

MV1000 series: intelligent low-power transmission, built-in oscilloscope function (4 analog+8 digital channels), supports synchronous restart, grid fault ride through, standard CAN-BUS interface, optional multiple fieldbus couplers.

MV3000 series: modular design, 22-315kW for MicroCubic ™ Chassis type, 315kW-3.6MW DELTA modular (air-cooled 1.8MW/liquid cooled 3.6MW), equipped with Drive Data Manager ™ Human computer interface, supporting NoStop ™ Fault prediction function.

MD2000 AEM series: The core advantage is bidirectional energy management, which can achieve energy regeneration feedback to the grid and adapt to scenarios such as wind power and test benches that require energy recovery. The torque rise time is only 4ms, and the dynamic response is excellent.

(2) Medium voltage AC drive (0.5MW-50MW+)

(4) Soft starter (19A-1000A)

Model: ALSPA DNTA

Core parameters: Suitable for voltage range of 220V-690V, current range of 19-1000A, supporting current limited startup and vector control startup (<3 times rated current)

Key functions: Pump load waterproof hammer deceleration, fan type adaptive starting current, crusher and other variable load adaptive control, motor thermal protection (PTC connection)

Communication: Standard configuration of Modbus/Jbus RS485, supporting linkage with PLC and monitoring PC

Core Technology and Performance Characteristics

Mainstream control methods: vector control (with/without encoder), VVVF control, torque control, position control, some high-end models support PID regulation, synchronous control, electronic cam and other functions.

Featured features: Multi speed preset (up to 16 segments), frequency hopping control (4 frequency hopping bands), automatic restart (up to 20 attempts), and power grid fault ride through.

Electrical performance

Overload capacity: It generally supports 150% rated current/60s (once every 10 minutes), and some medium voltage models support 110% continuous operation.

Speed regulation accuracy: ± 0.5% without encoder, ± 0.1% -0.2% with encoder, and up to ± 0.02% for medium voltage high-end models.

Energy efficiency: Low voltage models have rated point efficiency greater than 0.97, medium voltage models have rated point efficiency greater than 0.95, and MD2000 AEM series has energy regeneration efficiency greater than 98%.

Harmonic control: Through 12/24 pulse rectification and active front-end (AFE) technology, the harmonic distortion rate can be reduced to 3% -6%, in compliance with EN 61800-3 standard.

Communication and Interconnection
