Product Applications and Core Features

Application scenario: 3-wire floating control motor, compatible with controllers that provide single pole double throw (spdt) or floating output, used to operate dampers or valves, can directly replace M644 motor.

Core Features

Adopting oil immersed motor and gear system, reliable operation and long service life;

The junction box is equipped with NEMA level 3 weather protection, comes standard with quick connect terminals, and can be optionally equipped with screw terminal adapters;

Die cast aluminum casing, integrated auxiliary switch can be pre installed in the factory or on TRADE LINE ®  On site installation on the model;

The replacement motor comes with an adapter bracket that is compatible with the old motor shaft height as standard.


Motor classification and differences

This series of motors is divided into TRADELINE ®  The core specifications of the model are the same as the standard model, with only differences in accessories/configurations:

TRADELINE ®  Model: The specific models are M6184D1035 and M6194D1017, which come with an auxiliary switch cam and support on-site installation of built-in auxiliary switches. They focus on inventory, ease of operation, and replacement value;

Standard version: Some are customized by HVAC equipment manufacturers, without adapter brackets, single ended shafts, and/or junction boxes.

4. Control and stroke

The 90 ° stroke and 160 ° stroke of this series of motors correspond to different timings, including on/off pulse circuits, and intermittent operation is a normal phenomenon; The starting torque is twice the normal operating torque, which is the maximum torque to overcome the blockage of the air door/valve. It cannot be operated with starting torque for a long time.
