RSB20 series complete machine product introduction

1. Product positioning

Facing industrial automation fanless DIN rail network management switch, equipped with Basic basic firmware, supports IEEE802.3/802.3u 100Mbps Ethernet, and can build wired and HIPER Ring networks; Wide temperature range, dual redundant power supply, high resistance to vibration and impact, suitable for harsh working conditions in factories, electricity, and rail transit.

2. Core machine functions

Multi media networking: RJ45 twisted pair, DSC fixed multimode/single-mode fiber, and pluggable SFP optical module with three interface forms;

Management methods: Web page, Industrial HiVision network management software, local V.24 (RJ11) serial port CLI, HiDiscovery automatic discovery;

Redundant system: dual redundant power supply, HIPER Ring fast self-healing ring network, RSTP fast spanning tree;

Security and diagnosis: Port MAC/IP access filtering, network time synchronization, whole machine hardware self-test, remote fault alarm of passive FAULT relay;

Electrical interface capability: automatic negotiation, automatic line sequence, automatic polarity; Fiber optic ports default to full duplex at the factory.

4. Body hardware layout (unified structure for the entire series)

6-pin withdrawable self-locking terminal block: dual redundant power supply P1/P2, FAULT passive alarm relay;

Whole machine status LED: P power supply, FAULT fault, RM ring network manager indicator light;

Port LED: LS link street lights and DA data transceiver lights for each port;

V. 24 RJ11 debugging serial port: local console, ACA11 configuration adapter interface;

Complete installation and power on debugging process

2.1 Step by step installation operation

Unpacking inspection: check the standard configuration (switch, power terminal, manual+CD), and inspect for transportation damage;

SFP module pre installation (only for ZZZ6 model): Remove the slot protection cap, close the latch and push the SFP module into the buckle lock, only allowing the use of Husman original SFP;

IP address marking: Fill in the device IP in the body label area for easy on-site operation and maintenance identification;

Power and alarm terminal wiring

Dual DC redundant power supply, equipment automatically selects the higher voltage channel; Single power supply will trigger the FAULT alarm, which can be blocked on the network management interface;

FAULT relay monitoring failure: power loss, port link disconnection, redundant failure of ring network, complete machine self-test failure, ring network configuration error; Support manual control of relay output external devices through web pages; Explosion proof scenarios must strictly adhere to physical parameter limitations;

DIN rail installation and grounding

Compatible with 35mm standard DIN EN 60175 rail, snap on quick fix; Connect the grounding screw to protect the grounding wire; Grounding of twisted pair shielding layer to panel;

Insert the terminal into the body and connect it to the power supply to automatically turn on the device;

Data cable connection

RJ45 electrical port: Cat5e cable can transmit up to 100m and supports MDI-X automatic line sequence;

DSC fixed fiber: multimode 50/125 μ m up to 5km, 62.5/125 μ m up to 4km; single-mode 9/125 μ m up to 30km; must be docked with the same type of fiber;

SFP slot: can be paired with multi-mode, single-mode, long-distance LH optical modules, with a maximum transmission distance of 140km.

2.2 LED indicator status description

(1) Global indicator light for the entire machine

P power light: green constant light=dual power supply is normal; Huang Changliang=single power supply; Extinguish=undervoltage of two power sources;

FAULT fault light: red constantly on=relay disconnected, there is a fault alarm; Extinguish=Device is functioning properly;

RM ring network light: off=ring network function turned off; Green always on=ring network activated, redundant ports disabled; Green flashing=ring network configuration error; Huang Changliang=Ring network activated, redundant ports enabled.

(2) Port indicator light

LS green chain street light: always on=link connected; Extinguish=No connection; 1 cycle flash=port standby; Periodic flashing 3 times=port closed;

DA yellow data light: flashing=port receiving and transmitting traffic; Extinguish=No data.

2.3 Basic IP Configuration (Factory Default Parameters)

Configuration methods: V.24 serial port, HiDiscovery, BOOTP, DHCP, DHCP Option82, ACA11 automatic configuration adapter;

Factory default:

IP address: DHCP automatically obtained;

Management accounts: user (read-only, password public), admin (read-write, password private);

V. 24 serial port parameters: 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no checksum, no flow control;

Port default: Automatic negotiation enabled for electrical ports, full duplex for fiber optic ports, RSTP enabled, HIPER Ring disabled, link monitoring disabled.

2.4 Equipment disassembly

Complete disassembly: Insert a straight screwdriver into the guide rail buckle and pull it down, then lift it up to remove it;

SFP module disassembly: Open the module latch and pull it out, then cover it with a dust-proof protective cap.

RSB20-0800T1T1 (pure 8-port narrow version): 47 × 131 × 111mm, 400g;

Other models with fiber/SFP width: 74 × 131 × 111mm, 410g; Protection level IP20.

DC power supply: rated 12-24VDC, limit 9.6-32VDC, maximum 5A; power supply and body insulation withstand voltage 800VDC;

The pure electric port model has a power consumption of 6.0W; the fixed fiber optic model has 8.0W; and the three SFP/3-channel fiber optic model has 9.0W.

Complete coverage of industrial level testing for static electricity, radio frequency electromagnetic fields, electrical fast pulses, surges, and conducted interference; Vibration and impact comply with the IEC 61131-2 PLC industry standard; Radiation emission class A.
