(1) Core operating procedures
Summary of Operation Type Steps and Key Precautions
Manual closing/opening: Switch the handle to the I (ON)/O (OFF) position; Electric: After sending the command to trip in Auto mode, the fault needs to be checked first before resetting
Press the Push to trip button during the trip test and observe the handle jump to the Trip position. Before testing, isolate downstream equipment to avoid accidental triggering
Locking the padlock/key lock in the O (OFF) or I (ON) position does not affect the fault release function
Insert horizontally into the base in the open state of plug-in installation, tighten 2 screws (2.5 N · m), and must be equipped with a terminal screen cover (IP40 protection)
Pull out disassembly switch → Unlock locking rod → Remove circuit breaker auxiliary circuit and manually disconnect (if any)
(2) Fault handling and maintenance
Release response:
SD instruction: Manual trip (Push to trip/MN/MX coil) → Check coil wiring and power supply
SD+SDE indication: Electrical fault (overload/short circuit) → Clean contacts, check cables, perform 5 no-load operations
