Input port definition

2-channel safety input: dual channel wiring, built-in channel deviation monitoring+cross line short circuit detection, compatible with passive contact safety doors/emergency stop switches; Input rated 24VDC, input current 4-6mA, two buttons trigger synchronously with a permissible time difference of ≤ 3s; built-in PNP test pulse output (3 channels, pulse width 2ms, interval 40ms), automatically detects cable short circuits and disconnections.

1-channel multifunctional input: choose one, automatic/manual reset access or EDM external load feedback monitoring (contactor auxiliary contact feedback), voltage specifications are the same as safety input.

Reset mode: Supports two wiring configurations: automatic reset and manual reset.

Output port configuration

1. Three safety normally open contacts (main power output)

The contact is a forced silver gold-plated contact with a rated voltage of 10V~230V AC/DC universal;

Single rated 6A, maximum total current limit of 12A for three channels;

The response time for safety circuit disconnection is 12ms;

2. Two non safe push-pull diagnostic outputs

Short circuit protection type semiconductor output (PNP/NPN dual-use), used for PLC fault signal acquisition:

PNP output maximum 120mA, NPN suction ≤ 15mA, high level ≥ Vs-3V, low level ≤ 3V.
