Product Core Positioning and Basic Design

Both devices are compact and low-cost industrial HMIs, integrating 9 function keys and a numeric keypad, with rich functions and suitable for small-scale installation needs in industrial sites;

Core hardware design: 9 user programmable function keys (with slide in legend), 10 user programmable LED indicator lights, front panel protection level up to IP65, supporting multilingual project development;

Expansion capability: Industrial fieldbus and Ethernet connections such as Profibus DP/DeviceNet can be achieved through optional modules, compatible with all standard TCM/SCM expansion modules.

Display core specifications

（1） Button and LED indicator light

Button: 9 user programmable function keys+10 system keys, function keys 1-9 with slide in legend, key RDA mapping to industry standards;

LED: 9 user LED indicator lights+2 system LED indicator lights (green DL+red FL), system LED corresponds to device operation, communication, battery, hardware failure and other status.

（2） Memory and Storage

User memory: comes standard with 512 KB, supports 512 KB expansion, and the total memory after expansion reaches 1MB;

Recipe storage: Exclusive 16 KB memory, supporting reading, writing, and storage of recipe data;

Variable support: There is no limit to the number of variables per page, meeting the needs of industrial multi data monitoring.

（3） Clock, battery, and peripherals

Equipped with hardware RTC (real-time clock), powered by CR2430 lithium battery, with a battery parameter of 3V 270mA, non rechargeable, user replaceable, and replacement needs to match the operating temperature of the device;

No screensaver, no buzzer, no external keyboard port, lightweight design.

（4） Power supply, insurance, and weight

Power supply voltage: 18~30 VDC, maximum power consumption of 0.25 A at 24VDC, lower power consumption and more energy-efficient;

Fuse: 2A replaceable fuse provides overcurrent protection for equipment;

Equipment weight: about 0.9 Kg, much lighter than other HMIs in the same series, suitable for lightweight installation.

（5） Communication Interface and Programming

Standard interfaces: PC/printer port+PLC port (supports RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, 20mA current loop), auxiliary port (requires optional module to achieve fieldbus/Ethernet);

Programming speed: 9600~38400 bps, standard programming cable CA114, can be used directly.

All functions are implemented using UniOP Designer software, which combines industrial compatibility and practicality. The key functions are as follows:

Communication capability: Supports communication drivers for over 130 types of industrial equipment, with unique dual driver communication capabilities, greatly improving communication compatibility with different industrial equipment;

Data display: supports dynamic data display in three formats: numbers, text, and bar charts, adapting to the diverse data monitoring needs of industrial sites;

Temperature and humidity adaptation: divided into 3 temperature zone versions, with a storage temperature of * * -20~70 ℃ and a working humidity of 5~85% RH (non condensing) * *. The specific working temperatures are as follows:

-0045/-0050 version: 0~+50 ℃ (standard temperature range)

System LED indicator light description
