Application Scenario

Industrial automation production line: it can be used for centralised control and monitoring of various devices on the production line, such as motors, sensors, actuators, etc., to achieve automation and intelligence of the production process.

Power system monitoring: it can be used as the data acquisition and monitoring equipment in the power system, real-time acquisition of the operating parameters of power equipment, such as voltage, current, power, etc., and transmit the data to the monitoring centre, so as to discover and deal with the faults and abnormalities in the power system in a timely manner.

Intelligent building control system: It can be integrated into the automation system of intelligent buildings to carry out intelligent control of lighting, air-conditioning, ventilation and other equipments in the buildings, so as to improve the energy utilisation efficiency and comfort of the buildings.

QAL3 monitoring is available as an option in the gas analyzer. It is  used to fulfill the requirements according to EN 14181 for storage  and analysis of device adjustment data. The QAL3 monitoring option features the following functions:  

• Automatic acquisition, verification and documentation of drift  and precision at zero and reference points  

• Reporting via CUSUM and Shewhart control charts  

• QAL3 data storage in the gas analyzer (maximum 1 year)  

• QAL3 data display and read-out as well as parameter setting  via web browser  

• Status messages on deviations beyond requirements  

• Data export for further processing with spreadsheet programs

SOME DETAILS

 • 220 amps to 960 amps 

 • 2 pole (2 N.O.) and 3 pole (2 N.O. & 1 N.C.)  power poles available 

 • 600 VDC making capacity:  300 VDC breaking capacity • 1 N.O. & 1 N.C. auxiliary contacts are  standard and up to six additional auxiliary  contacts may be added to provide a total of  8 (4 N.O. & 4 N.C.) 

 • Early make & late break auxiliary contacts  available 

 • Auxiliary contacts available to meet  elevator standards 

 • EHDB 220, 280 & 360 contactors have  withdrawable coils 

 • Mechanically interlocked contactors  available for reversing applications
