Technical Parameters
Power input: usually powered by 24V DC power supply, the permissible voltage fluctuation range is generally around ±10%, with a certain degree of power supply adaptability, can work stably under the common power supply fluctuation environment in the industrial field.
Number of input and output points: It has multiple digital input and output points and analogue input and output points, the number of digital input and output points is generally around 16 points, and the number of analogue input and output points is usually between 4 and 8 roads, which can meet the signal acquisition and control requirements of industrial control systems of different scales.
Signal type: digital input signal is generally DC24V level signal, digital output signal can be relay output, transistor output, etc., which can drive different types of loads; analogue input signal can receive 0-20mA, 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V, -10V-+10V voltage signal, analogue output signal is generally 0mA to 20mA, 4mA to 20mA current signal or 0-20mA current signal. The analogue output signals are generally 0mA to 20mA, 4mA to 20mA current signals or 0V to 10V voltage signals.
Functional Characteristics
Signal Acquisition and Processing: It can acquire various sensor signals from industrial sites, such as temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and other sensor signals, and process the acquired signals by filtering, amplification, linearisation, etc., so as to improve the quality and accuracy of the signals and provide reliable input data for the control system.
Control function: According to the preset control logic and algorithm, it can precisely control the actuators on the industrial site through the output control signals, such as starting and stopping the control motor, speed adjustment, opening control of the valve, power adjustment of the heating device, etc., so as to realise the precise control of various parameters in the production process.
