Introduction:ABB TSITU01 TSI Termination Unit is a TSI terminal unit in ABB Bailey Infi 90 series, which is mainly used for connecting and managing all kinds of sensors and monitoring equipments in the TSI (Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation) system to ensure the accurate transmission of signals and the stable operation of the system. ensure accurate signal transmission and stable operation of the system.

Functional features:

Signal transfer and distribution: It can receive signals from different types of TSI sensors, such as vibration sensors, displacement sensors, rotational speed sensors, etc., and transfer and distribute these signals to the corresponding monitoring equipments or control systems, so as to realise the comprehensive monitoring of rotating machinery, such as steam turbines.

Signal conditioning: Condition the input sensor signals, including amplification, filtering, isolation and other processing, to improve the quality and stability of the signals, reduce the impact of interfering signals, and ensure the accuracy of the monitoring data.

Installation and Maintenance

Installation requirements:

Installation location: should be installed close to the TSI sensors and monitoring equipment to reduce signal transmission distance and interference. Generally installed in the control cabinet or equipment near the special mounting bracket, to ensure that the installation environment is dry, well ventilated, to avoid the influence of electromagnetic interference and mechanical vibration.

Maintenance points:
