Performance Parameters

Power supply voltage: it usually works under 24V DC voltage, has certain adaptability to voltage fluctuation, and can work stably within a certain range, and generally allows voltage fluctuation range of ±10% or so.

Input and output channels: 8 analogue inputs and 8 analogue outputs, which can process multiple analogue signals at the same time, and are suitable for complex industrial sites where multiple physical quantities need to be monitored and controlled.

Communication protocol: It supports Modbus TCP/IP protocol, through which it can conveniently communicate and exchange data with other devices that support Modbus protocol, such as PLC, human-machine interface, upper computer monitoring system, etc., so as to realise system integration and remote monitoring.

Operating temperature range: The operating temperature range is from - 20°C to + 60°C, which can work under a wide range of temperature environments and adapt to the environmental requirements of different industrial sites.

Protection level: The protection level is IP20, which can effectively prevent the intrusion of solid foreign objects and personnel from accidental contact, but it does not have the function of waterproof and dustproof, so it is necessary to pay attention to the cleanliness and dryness of the environment during installation and use.

Functional Characteristics

Signal processing function: High-precision acquisition and processing of input analogue signals, which can amplify, filter and linearise the weak signals collected by the sensor to improve the quality and accuracy of the signals and ensure that the control system can obtain accurate field data.

Control function: According to the preset control strategy and algorithm, the output analogue signal can precisely control the actuators on the industrial site, such as controlling the rotational speed of the motor, the opening of the valve, the power of the heating device, etc., so as to achieve the precise adjustment of the temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level and other parameters in the production process.

System integration function: As it supports Modbus TCP/IP protocol, it can easily communicate and integrate with other devices, and can be connected to the existing industrial automation control system as a node to work with other control devices and monitoring devices to achieve the overall optimisation and automation control of the system.

Application Scenarios

Industrial production process control: In the production process of chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power and other industries, it is used for monitoring and controlling various physical quantities, such as temperature and pressure control of reaction kettle in chemical production, temperature control of heating furnace in metallurgy industry, and monitoring of operating parameters of generator set in electric power industry.

Intelligent building automation system: in the air-conditioning system, water supply and drainage system, lighting system, etc. of the building, it can achieve automatic monitoring and control of temperature, humidity, flow, light and other parameters to improve the building's energy efficiency and comfort.

Water treatment system: in urban water supply, sewage treatment and other water treatment processes, used to monitor and control water quality parameters, water flow, water level, etc., to ensure the safe and stable operation of the water treatment process and water quality standards.
