Functional Features

Efficient Heat Dissipation: It is specially designed to provide efficient heat dissipation for industrial equipment to ensure that the equipment operates within the normal temperature range and prevent equipment failure and performance degradation due to overheating. For example, in some large industrial automation control cabinets, it can continuously dissipate heat for various electronic components such as PLCs, power modules, drives, etc. in the control cabinet to maintain stable operation of the equipment.

Intelligent control: with intelligent control function, it can automatically adjust the speed of the fan according to the temperature of the equipment. When the temperature of the equipment is low, the fan runs at a lower speed to reduce energy consumption and noise; when the temperature of the equipment rises, the fan automatically accelerates the speed to enhance the cooling effect. This intelligent speed control function not only extends the service life of the fan, but also effectively saves energy.

Multiple Protection Mechanisms: It has multiple protection functions, such as overcurrent protection, overheating protection, overload protection, and so on. When there is an abnormal situation of the fan, such as excessive current, high temperature or overload, the module will automatically take corresponding protective measures, such as cutting off the power supply or reducing the speed of the fan, in order to avoid damage to the fan and other equipment.

Technical Parameters

Power supply voltage: The standard industrial power supply voltage of 24V DC or 230V AC is usually adopted to adapt to different industrial application scenarios. Under the voltage fluctuation range of ±10%, it can still work stably to ensure the normal operation of the fan module.

Fan speed: The fan speed can be adjusted according to the actual demand, generally the highest speed can be up to thousands of revolutions per minute, which can provide enough airflow to meet the cooling needs of different equipment.
