Functional features

Signal Processing and Conversion: Convert 0-24V DC digital input signals collected on site into digital signals that can be recognised and processed by the system, and at the same time convert control signals issued by the system into corresponding 24V DC, 120V AC or 230V AC output signals to drive equipment or actuators on site.

Remote control and monitoring: The Advant Controller 31 can be connected to the main controller via a communication interface, enabling control and status monitoring of remote field devices. Even in a location far away from the main controller, it can accurately receive commands from the main controller and execute corresponding operations, and at the same time, it can timely feedback the operating status and fault information of the field equipment to the main controller.

Reliability and stability: adopting high-quality electronic components and advanced manufacturing process, it has good anti-interference ability and stability, and can run stably for a long time in the harsh industrial environment. At the same time, it has certain self-diagnosis and alarm function, which can send out alarm signals in time when there is a fault, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to locate and solve the problem quickly.

Application Fields

Industrial automation field: in the automated production line of automobile manufacturing, electronic equipment production, food processing and other industries, it can be used to connect a variety of production equipment, such as robots, automated conveyor systems, machining centres, etc., to achieve remote control and status monitoring of these equipment, and to improve the production efficiency and equipment utilization.
